First of all, I'm not a big fan of lawyers. When I got into a car accident coming home from California seeking out a lawyer was not even a considerstion. When I first saw a doctor April was whom my doctor referred me too. I was still skeptical.
Fast forward 9 months and having April Bonifatto on my side was absolutely the right decision. She is professional, caring, and has integrity in all she does. I would say we need more lawyers like April. But, if they were all like her I'd have to give up all of my lawyer jokes.
April put me at ease after our first call. She kept me updated throughout the process and always had what was best for me in her mind. She made sure to negotiate with the insurance companies and medical providers for what was best for me. 5 stars… I would give more stars if I could. Found myself needing an attorney after a car accident. My bosses referred me to Jon Remmel Law Firm and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that they did. Jon will try and settle your case before trial but if that doesn’t succeed, he isn’t afraid to go to court and fight hard for you! Mr. Wirth is a must!

I was in Vegas for work, for a convention. I live in California so I drove, and stayed at the Cromwell on the strip, one of the older hotels. Their parking garage exits right into downtown, and I got hit 2 minutes into my drive the first day there. The car was completely totaled, we got hit by a ram truck and I really really felt it. I was concerned I was going to be all messed up with spinal injuries and whiplash and so forth… and I didn't know any doctors in town so that was also a problem. I contacted Benson and Bingham, and they some really great referrals, helped me get scheduled, and helped get my car accident insurance claim started. We're still working on the case, but I've been super impressed by their team, they're professionalism, the whole thing. They have a nice office just a couple of miles from our hotel, so it's been pretty convenient as well. A big thanks to attorney Ben Bingham for handle my case and made me feel at ease!

I was told by four different law firms that I had no case in an incident where I was bit by a dog in Vegas at a hospital. I switched from another attorney because of lack of communication. I have both of my attorneys personal cell phone numbers and can contact them anytime, this makes me feel very involved in my case.They got me to a Dr. who has a upstanding reputation, and will not only help my case but actually care how I want to handle my medical treatment. When they took my case they also took my 3 childrens cases over from the other law office because it was already settled but we had been waiting more than 2 months to set up their accounts. The Palmer law office not only set up the accounts without a fee, they found that there was over $2000, that was unaccounted for in all the court documents the other office did, so my kids got a lot more than we had agreed on. You tell me, where WOULD that money had gone?
When you speak to them they are so personable yet professional, but that makes me feel so good about having them on my side is it's so obvious they have three things that we do not see enough of... An amazing work ethic, values and morels. I carry their cards everywhere because after dealing with the other attorneys office, I want everyone to get the genuine treatment I get!

I was in a motor vehicle accident while on vacation in Las Vegas. After being rear ended and suffering a concussion I started to experience lots of medical issues. I am very leery of having to use an attorney for anything. I have been in many accidents that people recommended an attorney but luckily I have not had to use them. But for my recent incident only because of my outcome sustaining a TBI (tramatic Brain injury) along with other injuries to other extremities Tim Titolo was recommended to me by a trusted friend. After researching a few other attorneys my husband and I were confident with all the facts found on Mr. Titolo. Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call or text him anytime. I was surprised he answered, and when he couldn’t answer right away, he had one of his other attorneys contact me. In no time, he got the full insurance policy limits from the driver that hit me and from my own insurance policy, and then he negotiated down my medical bills so I can get some money for my pain and suffering. My mother and I were involved in a head-on collision (not our fault). In the beginning, life/love challenged my mother and I to grow in charater through our experience with Mr. Murphy. After being in the accident it was difficult to stay present and trust life. The beginning interactions (w/ Mr. Murphy) challenged our patience, acceptance, character in general. Mr.Murphy was not physically in Nevada (we didnt fully realize that before) and we worked with his assistant Ms.Fisher (assistant). Our injuries and the feeling of wanting to give up tempted us to settle/give up fighting the good fight. I did not feel supported (at the beginning) by Mr.Murphy. Our first encounter on the telephone felt like a mistake. My lack of trust and lack presence in every moment made it difficult for an open/supported interaction. I did not feel good about it, but because I wanted to stop fighting the good fight of faith, I went with it. Im so glad we did. In the begining, it was difficult to answer the internal call and do what was needed to grow through this. There was not as much communication in the begining and there were a few things I questioned about our case. The more life/love offered these maximal soul growth opportunities through our interactions, the more I gave in to them. The more I gave in, the more I was able to appreciate and support the efforts of Ms. Fisher and Mr. Murphy. We worked majority with Ms. Fisher and she was such a blessing. Throughout the case, she frequently contacted us to make sure we were on the same page. When it came to dispursment, it was effortless and quicker than I expected. They did wonderful at hadling our bills that accumulated while we waited for the case to close. By the conclusion of the case, their support for our wellbeing and how to move forward was more than I could ask for. I am forever grateful to God/life for Mr. Murphy and Ms. Fisher. I was in a car accident in March of 2016, and had a lot of personal injury, broken bones, internal injury etc. Things looked bleak as the person who hit didn't seem to have any insurance, or at least didn't admit to having any insurance. Mr. Murphy tracked down her insurance and I received a settlement. I was able to pay my hospital and Dr.'s bills and still have something for me.
