If someone could say my attorney saved my life they would be talking to me. After years of frustration with fighting with my insurance company in being unfair to my livelihood, Attorney Feinberg treated me as if I was his little brother and threw the weight of his office against my insurance company that wanted me to suffer and literally saved my life. I can never repay him for giving me my life back and I wish the entire legal profession would look towards him and his office as the gold standard with the highest of ethics and caring for his clients. Very early in my career, my professional reputation and financial future were all turned upside down by the actions of a trusted employer. Update: 03/26/24 2:49pm Contrary to this business owners reply, I did not get angry. I simply told him he was being very rude and disrespectful seeing as I was not even able to finish a sentence without him telling me "I had already won," simply because I eventually had the procedure I needed. I understand the need for this business to save "face," but their reply is not true or accurate, and raises more red flags. I will continue to update as needed. I called this place after a reference from a friend. I wholly regret that decision. I called inquiring if a professional thought I had a medical negligence case. The first question the gentleman asked was "did I get the procedure I needed done?", my answer was yes, and after that this man would not hear another word out of my mouth without saying "then you already won," and that we wouldn't make any money on the case. If these people cannot take the time for a 5 minute phone call I would not trust them with anything. The gentleman continued to tell me he was being patient with me despite still cutting me off every 2 words. He was rude and condescending. I had to ask him multiple times if I could please finish my sentence. Get your advice elsewhere!

I can't say enough great things about this law firm. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Sybel as she was the attorney handling my case. She was very sympathetic and understanding to someone going through a difficult time. From start to finish during the entire process she was there to field any questions or concerns I had. I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. There are millions of lawyers on this site And you should be truly grateful that people decided to hire you to take on their cases . Because if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have a practice . I'm not angry. I've served my country for 8 years in the United States Navy and the college graduate with the background and engineering . An I studied quite a bit of law I felt like it was being put down or something . Although I laugh it off because I have thick skin , give you no excuse to represent yourself in the form and fashion that you represented yourself to me . I'm just offering constructive criticism to you sir. With all due respect work on your bedside manner because it's pretty crappy .I rest my case with the situation.

The lawyers at this office actually care. They listened to me. I say "they" because I actually had a couple lawyers at the office working on my case, including attorney Sullivan himself. Their team approach is great, and I know they all listened to me because in court the litigation team mentioned every single thing I told them I was concerned about, and in a very precise and professional way. I was amazed by how well they were in front of the Judge. Needles to say, I won my case. Incredible! Great Law firm!

Called for representation. Told lawyer what I thought about investigator. Glickman is friends with her so didn’t want the case. Not sure about you, but I wouldn’t want an attorney that prioritizes their relationship with the opposing side over a client. This is especially true when the other side lied in writing. But go for it. Maybe him being friends with the person destroying your life is what you want. Not me. I want an attorney who will call it out.

I was disappointed with the response time from this service and generic answer that they could not take the case. After submitting a form to be contacted on a Friday, I received a reply almost six days later. In contrast, when I reached out to another attorney via a form, I was contacted within ten minutes for intake. Later that day, I had a conversation with an attorney about my situation. Timeliness matters, and unfortunately, this service fell short.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I had a slip and fall about 5 years ago… and just now got compensated, didn’t even get that much. In the time it took my injury suit closed out and settled, we went through an entire pandemic, I lost my father and my husband, I had a child, had a stroke, recovered from a stroke fully, was diagnosed with a heart condition and was no longer a minor. I still can’t believe how long it took. When I first called to start speaking with an attorney they said 12-18 months for payment and closure of the case. 5 YEARS later. Here we are. Wow. If you want a shark for an attorney who actually cares about you and your case, I don’t recommend Simon and Simon. Especially cause they took almost 2/3rds of my settlement money after I’ve been suffering for 5 years. Today, I spoke to a gentleman from Simon and Simon after they had reviewed my review. We were able to have a conversation and spoke about the issues I had put above. He did tell me that he would speak to a few people about a communication issue and try to have that resolved in hopes this would help people in the future using Simon and Simon. As I appreciate the call and conversation about the issues I spoke of, I do not feel as if this review is wrong. I have chosen to keep this review up because even though I had a discussion with a representative, my issues still happened. And I do believe that other people should be made aware and have the opportunity to see how others were treated. I appreciate your time today, however I will not be removing this review. Thank you.

Before hiring Sugarman, we did not read any of the stellar reviews offered by other satisfied clients. Nor did we 'shop around'. Maryanne Leblanc was a personal reference from another lawyer. Her service on our behalf was beyond reproach, expectation or, even, imagination. We were treated more than fairly (as if we had been generational family friends). We are grateful for her personal attention to our case. Her sage counsel and compassion were truly remarkable and as deeply appreciated as unexpected. I cannot recommend Sugarman and Sugarman enough. A few years ago I was involved in a car accident. I had never experienced anything like this situation, and Sugarman and Sugarman were amazing to work with. Marianne LeBlanc was extremely patient, thorough and helpful throughout this process. I called this place because I was referred I was very hopeful . I got a call today from Neil sugarmen and I gotta say it was the most pathetic call I’ve ever had, probably the most cold hearted person I’ve ever talked to . If you are going through a malpractice case and are looking for a not only just a lawyer but a lawyer with a little more empathy and respect then this is not the place to go to . The call was so bad that I ended up just giving up and hanging up ..sickening

Every year Boston magazine publishes the results for top attorneys in Boston from different legal specialties, from business and criminal law to family and employment law. If there are top 100 attorneys; Edward Wayland would be voted as the top 10 WORST attorneys in Boston. I'm very grateful I had made the right decision to terminate him for ineffectiveness of his counsel. About few years ago, To today's day, I never regretted (terminating) firing Edward Wayland. He almost ruined my life and my freedom. lack of communication, Failure to exercise diligence, ineffectiveness of his counsel, and Incompetence, Incompetence, and Incompetence. I'm in the process of filing a complaint against him to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseer; Attorney and Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP), I think he should get his license suspended or revoked. (everything I stated here is true except for the top 10 worst attorneys).
