Mike has a desire to be successful in his services and representing myself. This was first demonstrated to me when Mike did his research on me to determine if I was being honest with him in the beginning. When he was certain that he was given all the correct facts, he took on the case. I really appreciated this, because when he accepted my case, he was committed to it and to me. Mike would review every aspect with me and explain the alternatives including the potential cost impacts with the various options before proceeding. Mike dealt professionally with everything that needed to be addressed. He discussed the issues with me and listened to what I had to say without making any pre-judgments. Mike would summarize the issues well and keep to the facts even though the other party attempted to “rabbit trail” at every opportunity. My “after-divorce” problems continued for years as the other party would continually challenge the final order. Even in this, Mike dealt professionally and worked to keep my interests protected. Mike is a professional individual that is first looking for a mutual agreement in a divorce but when a mutual agreement is not obtainable, he worked aggressively for my interests.

I had an ugly divorce and (1) year after the judgment was final…it got worse. I selected Mike to replace my original attorney. What a great decision! Mike stepped in and helped us through the unresolved issues and battles. He provided great legal counsel and shared wisdom that resulted in solving problems others had been unable to conclude. Since the divorce, I have worked with Mike on a couple of business matters, with the same result. I hired Howard after sustaining serious injuries in an accident. Howard followed up and met with me personally, right away. Howard approached the case aggressively, and fought like a tiger for the case through the entire process. He was ethical, transparent, and worked in my interests, while maintaining professionalism with the defense. I used Mr Radner after being hit by a car on a bicycle path and was hurt pretty bad. The driver claimed I caused the accident.
Thanks to Mr. Radner he brought out the truth and I recovered reimbursement for missed work, injuries, suffering ...
I was very impressed with Mr Radner's honesty, integrity and ethics. His command of the law brought a very satisfactory recovery for this difficult situation. He was also very compassionate during the legal process which was an additional plus during that trying time.

Mr. Googasian helped assist me with my Class Action against Sallie Mae. Him and the rest of his staff were very approachable and were able to answer whatever questions I had. I've never been personally involved with a legal case and was very hesitant to trust and believe a lawyer could help my situation. To my surprise the firm was very responsive and Dean himself would get involved via phone or email follow-ups since we live in different states. I am not one eager to make recommendations but I have no reservations suggesting Heidi Ferris-Salter for legal counsel. I don't mind giving credit where it is deserved as I have the utmost confidence in Heidi's abilities. I was fortunate to have Heidi represent me in a malpractice case. I wanted the best and after thorough research and recommendations I decided that the Ferris-Salter Law Firm was my best bet. I was right. Heidi was very friendly and professional. She showed a genuine interest in my well being with more than just lip service. Heidi and her husband Don went out of their way to travel to my house and donate a much needed medical device. Don't let her kind demeanor fool you though, when you need her to be tough she is like a pit bull. Heidi didn't let me get pushed around or taken advantage of. I not only was facing the defendants lawyers but also her employers legal team, both listed as "super lawyer" firms. Then there was the insurance company lawyers. I felt outnumbered and out gunned but fortunately for me Heidi is smart as a whip and knows her trade well. It seemed that the other professionals we dealt with had great respect for her and some even saying so. When I came to Heidi, I knew I had a difficult case. She already had all the resources and professionals my case required that were probably the best I could have gotten. Heidi gave me good counseling and made me aware of the many pitfalls and traps that awaited. When I needed a lawyer in two places at once, Heidi's husband, Don filled in. Two super lawyers for the price of one. I had a truck load of paperwork to be sorted through and analyzed. I don't know how they did it as the work seemed overwhelming but Heidi and her team of professionals went through it all with a fine tooth comb and didn't miss a thing. Heidi made the whole process easy for me. She did all the leg work and heavy lifting so to speak. In the end it is results that matter. I could not be more pleased or have gotten better results if not for Heidi. She earned every penny and worked hard for it. I definitely got my money's worth with Heidi. A good lawyer like her pays for themselves in the long run. Today my quality of life is far greater than I had even hoped for and I owe Heidi a debt of gratitude for that. This isn't the time to go bargain shopping for lawyers. You want the best. You need Heidi.
