It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place. Once I was introduced to his law firm and contacted Mr. Clancy he immediated setup a consultation meeting with me to go over the injury that occured on my job. He immediately started the ball rolling by instructing me on each step that I had to take to get my injury taken care of as soon as possible. He directed me to a doctor that would examine the injury and make sure I would get the proper treatment, to which surgery was needed to help correct the problem I was having. Mark represented me in a negligence/personal injury case, where I slipped and fell on a wet floor in a supermarket, requiring extensive rotator cuff repair and shoulder reconstruction surgery. Back in 2018 I had an open case, and he was like a blessing! We fell in love with him instantly! And most importantly he took care of our issue in family court! Snd then for no extra cost he took care of ANOTHER completely unrelated issue for me in court! I would recommend him for family and both civil court! Have you ever been hurt? The kind of hurt where you can't walk or care for your family properly?... Well I have. And let me tell you it is scary. And it's even more scary when the reason you were hurt is because someone was negligent. What do you do? Knowing life would never be the same... lingering pain, physical limitations... and what's worse is that it could happen to someone else at any moment. That's how I felt. I walked in to Mr. Musmanno's office not knowing what to expect. I had never met with an attorney for anything and I was scared. By the end of that first meeting I knew everything would be ok. Chris (as he told me to call him instead of Mr. Musmanno) explained everything in plain language. He walked me through all the steps of the legal process. And he succeeded in giving my family something we never had... enough money to start over, physical limitations and all. Nothing will change my scars. But I don't look at them the same anymore. David helped my family with a contractor dispute over a faulty furnace installation. He was very knowledgeable about the potential legal options to be pursued but more importantly, he understood the personal side of the matter.
He wound up getting the contractor to replace the furnace with a new system even though this was not the most lucrative outcome for him personally.

My wife and I were first introduced to Gary Meyers almost 8 years ago by several friends Mr. Meyers had previously represented in a number of lawsuits involving successful litigation. Mr.Talbot is someone who you can depend on to be prepared and on top of things.
