A little over three years ago in December of 2020, I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident (on the job) where the other driver fled the scene. Being that it was my first ever car accident, and the identity of the other driver was unknown, I didn't really know how to go about seeking legal advice, or if it would even be worth it. However, after being released from worker's comp care prematurely, and still being in pain, I decided to get a consultation from a legal firm. I utilized Google to search for personal injury attorneys in my area, and I'm forever grateful that I came across Bentley & More! I decided to establish contact with them based on their numerous 5-star reviews, and the "family feel" that their firm seemed to have. They were very quick to set-up my phone consultation, and they took the time to listen to my story and concerns.
Throughout the 2.5 years of being a client of Bentley & More, I interacted the most with Braydon Bentley as he represented me as my personal injury attorney, and I never once felt overlooked or that I wasn't being taken seriously. Also, I'm not sure that my injuries would have ever been properly diagnosed if it weren't for Braydon connecting me with the medical specialist that he did!
In the end, both of my cases (worker's comp & personal injury) resulted in a very positive outcome, and I honestly don't think that would have happened had I decided to be represented by a different firm. Because of the dedication and persistence provided by Bentley & More, I am now able to provide a comfortable life for my family while also receiving treatment for my injuries long-term.

Day One, I was scared and beyond afraid. Marybeth Halloway has helped me come a long way. My ex and I finalized our divorce in 2016. We only went to court 1 time. Custody- done in a few hours, TRO- done, she made sure to expressed what I wanted in the final round. She's not someone who can be pushed around. She's a strong force. She knows the OC courts very well and has the best bench manners. She's very well established and she's taken seriously. I was lucky to have her be the 2nd phone call I made as I was googling an atty. I got lucky. She is usually busy, bcs that's how good she is. I referred a friend of mine also 2 years ago. It was a bit difficult for him because there was somewhat of a language barrier, but he was very happy with the final divorce also. Be sure to know exactly what you want and she will help you. She was there for me all around the clock. She restored my faith in people i when my heart was shattered. She will tell you exactly how it is and will not candy coat anything. I was referenced to Ron’s legal practice by an allegedly abusive employer after losing my left arm to paralysis and fracturing my neck and every limb in my body from a hit and run pedestrian-vehicle accident.
My experiences with the firm would lead me to believe that you would probably be subject to further injury trusting his practice. And if you wised up to this sort of thing he has the network to gag you over it. I wouldn’t trust him again and I don’t think anyone should.
