I was in a bad car accident and the other insurance company was terrible. They fought me every step of the way: car repair, loaner car, medical bills and depreciated value--the last straw was them trying to repair my car with use parts.....a 2 year old car.
I asked around who a good attorney was--everyone said call James Roane in Greensboro as he gets great results. He spent the time necessary and got me medical, depreciate value, proper repairs. He was great and I highly recommend him!!

Nathaniel (Nat) was recommended to me following a falling accident that resulted in two surgeries for repair of broken bones. Once we met, he listened carefully and took the time to understand the circumstances surrounding the incident, looked at pictures and reviewed the medical issues. My initial consultation with Brown and Assoc was by far extremely comforting. Back in 2014 I was in a horrific car crash by a drunk driver. Totaled my brand new car and as a result I had to undergo therapy and loss of work. Paige was very concerned FIRST for my health and mental status. Never about the money. Hired him to get out of a new construction residential contract after shoddy workmanship by the builder and was getting the run around from them Fred was quick to review the contract and contact and he noted that the contract was not properly ratified by the builder under state law - after a letter went out the builder, we received a full refund of our deposit within 30 days. We will definitely use him in the future! Fred was a true gentleman and very strategic in getting us the best result possible with a minimum amount of time or cost incurred.

We have an ongoing issue. It's complex because there are several parties involve and we're going through a juggling act.
We're waiting on Licensing board investigations but they are delayed and we have no time table as to when they will be finished. Yet the company that caused the issue is trying to push it to court before the investigations are finished and you really don't know what or when you are going to need the attorney. You come up with important decisions where you just need 2 questions answered.
Around here, you call just to try and find an attorney. Most won't even have a conversation long enough to make sure you're comfortable with their experience. No matter what your issue is they tell you they can do it and some even talk about money you can go after but you'll find out it was irrelevant.
These same attorneys are more interested in getting your credit card to get money right away versing making sure they can help you.
I had found one other lawyer on here that dealt with larger issues but he took the time to speak with me and told me what to do and when I needed to bring a lawyer in.
Today is that day so I started my search again. I was so fortunate to find Will DeVore.
Again, he answered several important questions today, advised on what to do next and when to bring him in.
It's so comforting when you get somebody on the phone that's interesting in hearing your problem and concerned about helping you versus hustling you out of your money.
Do yourself a favor, if a lawyer asked you for your credit card to talk to you or schedule an appointment to come in, walk away. Give somebody like Mr. DeVore’s office a call.
The prove they care about doing what’s best for everyone instead of just what’s best for themselves regardless.

My worker's comp case began in 2005 while employed with the state. It dragged on forever as I was shuffled doctor to doctor and given the run-around. I was not hurt seriously enough to warrant a court hearing but did need advice as to how to bring my case to closure and still receive a due impairment award. Ben didn't know me and still took the time to properly advise me so that I could handle the case on my own. Because of him, my case is finally coming to an end. It was a pleasure working with Ann and her team. I was hit by a truck while riding my bicycle. I was out of work for 9 weeks, had 3 surgeries, and no way was I in shape to tackle the insurance claims or any other pieces of this case. There was no way I could have dealt with the insurance companies without her assistance. From the start, she explained to me the process and what we could expect and she was dead on. She never set false expectations but stuck with the facts and did a very good job. There were no surprises and communication with Ann was constant. She made me feel comfortable all the way through the process. Her persistence with the insurance companies and knowledge of the law made everything seem so simple (at least to me!).

I hired Ann Groninger after meeting with her and her staff of professionals and knew that I would receive justice. Their first order of business was my health and getting me back to as close to being one hundred percent as possible, secondarily the took care of all of my medical expenses ensuring that I had no financial residuals as a result of my accident. From letters, to emails and phone calls informing me of the status of my trial dates too any new and unseen developments with my case they kept me abreast and completely involved, often asking me about my opinions needs and concerns as we moved forward. Misses Groninger never focused on the monetary portions of the case but more so the justice of the case as promised by the law and as promised by her and her elite legal team. I had a 5-star experience with Brent Adams and Associates. Specifically, Attorney Diana Devine is amazing. After fighting with the insurance company and suffering with pain for over 2 years, my case was sent to her in the litigation department to take it to court. She called and spoke to me often, even gave me her personal cell phone number. Every step and process that came up we had a meeting beforehand that she explained everything so I could understand and helped me mentally prepare for what the defense would say or do. In the end we spent several hours together at a mediation, and she argued to settle my case for more than what I expected. After being hit by a car and seriously injured, I was offered a settlement by the insurance company of the person who hit me. I retained Ms. Jones to draft and execute a last will and testament, to update my prior will which was done over ten years ago and in another state. She was very responsive and knowledgeable and suggested that I also execute health care directives and power of attorney. She discussed end of life decisions with me and listened to my concerns. My wife and I were struck head on by a drunk driver traveling nearly 100 mph and a BAC nearly triple the legal limit. I hired Mr Byers to represent me in a Civil Litigation where I was sued for payments on a vehicle were not being made by the person suing me. She wanted me to pay her back payments she never made plus some. Mr Byers was very confident he presented evidence that he dugged up. I didnt have to do nothing but sit there and watch him work. He asked her questions and she just stumbled over the lies she was trying to keep up with. He made her attorney look like a fool. Needless to say we won. She lost. We sincerely hope that you never have to experience being named "Defendant" in a lawsuit based on false, malicious, and meritless accusations. Yes, it does happen...and it happened to us. Had we met Fred Ervin when it all started the lawsuit may never have been filed and if it had been filed it would not have proceeded to the extent to which it did proceed. We are certain that it would have been settled quickly and appropriately. But hind sight is 20/20!

I had a very difficult case. My checks did not come on time. I was in serious pain and was not receiving proper medical attention. The T.V. lawyers before Mr. Mast would not keep me informed of my case and acted as though they did not have the time to talk to me. I was frustrated and in pain.
