Christian Patno was my attorney in a wrongful death suit settled in Nov 2018. My dear brother, age 50, was fatally injured in a June 2012 workplace accident in Willoughby Ohio. Chris came to see me at the medical office where I was treated for my neck and head injuries. So I didn't have to drive to Downtown Cincinnati to meet with him. He consistently followed up with my doctors and was very organized in acquiring all of the information needed for my case, and following up with the insurance company. He did not waste any time!
In a world of "ambulance chasers" Chris is the exception. He was wonderfully kind and respectful. He repeatedly demonstrated a genuine concern for me.
He is very well established in the legal field and comports himself with integrity. He's a real attorney among the "ambulance chasers!"

Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.

John helped coordinate payments of major medical bills (from an auto accident with an uninsured motorist who was 'at fault'). John had a good working repore with those involved as he dealt directly with the hospital, our own car insurance company and our health insurance companies. With all the crap my insurance company put me through Scott got me what I needed. Other driver had no insurance so my company needed to pay. That's what I paid then uninsured coverage for. Scott had to fight them all the way. They acted like it was my fault this jerk came across the center line and hit me.

Mr. Switala met with my wife over a slip/fall accident that occured due to the negligence of a building owner. My wife fell which caused my wife to hit her head on the side of his building and she suffered a concussion and had to have staples in her head to close a wound. I found Richard through the BAR association about 10 years ago for my horrible car accident case. From the first meeting with him, he was great, he reviewed my case with everything in him and explained everything in detail of how the process would go. I think the thing that made me most happy was that the guy that hit me was driving a rental car and the rental car company totally tried to screw me over with the statute of limitations, a weekend, and a holiday; Richard knew the laws immediately and addressed them and told me what would happen. And wouldn't you know, the rental car company rep bold faced lied to me over the phone and if I didn't have Richard hired by then I would've been screwed in the case because of the weekend and holiday and he knew exactly how to handle it and what they would do to try to screw me over. During the negotiations he fought for me left and right and was beyond my expectations in everyway possible with how he talked with me. When it was all said and done, he drove to where I worked during his busy schedule to have me sign some paperwork and give me my check. To this day anyone that has been in an accident I immediately give them his information because I was so pleased with the whole crappy experience that he made so easy and effortless. My son was recently in a motor vehicle accident where he was hit from behind by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel.
