I was injured in a car accident, and I hired a lawyer without any research or knowledge of what to even look for. The experience was terrible, to say the least. I got false information, lost money I didn’t have and wasted a lot of time with a lot of added stress because I couldn’t get any answers or help. I was lucky enough to know someone else who was already going through the legal process with Attorney David Eder. My conversation with them is what also made me realize I was completely with the wrong firm. I was grateful my case hadn’t already closed and reached out to David. He spent time with me on the phone and in person walking me through everything and answering questions so simply, questions I had been asking the old attorney for the last 1.5yrs! So I switched over to David Eder. David and his partners (Ben Eder, Joel Sturm and Andrew Gust) took over my case and got everything in order. They were able to get the case out of a frozen position into double limits and my health insurance bills were waived. The difference between the first firm and these guys was night and day. I wish I had found them sooner, but I am so blessed to have found them before it was too late! Thank you!

I was involved in a car crash. I was referred to David Eder and his team. David and his partners were able to review my records and position my case with the negligent driver’s insurance carrier as well as my own. They were even able to get my PIP liens waived as part of the whole process. The lawyers stay in regular contact and their hard work gets results. Highly recommended David Eder and his great team.

I called David Eder after my son and I were involved in a high-speed rear end collision on the freeway. After a career in law enforcement, I thought it was a good idea to find a lawyer that specialized in personal injury cases. From our first meeting, I could tell David understood how everything on the insurance side would work out. I was T-boned by another driver and the fire department had to pull me out of my truck. I had disc replacement surgery in my neck and a right shoulder decompression and a rotator cuff repair. My life stopped and I'm not the same person I was before. All I can do now is keep moving forward. Rick Lundblade helped me do that. I was injured on a charity motorcycle ride. I was severely injured. I underwent multiple surgeries. I was close to death many times. I was on life support. I lived in the hospital and a rehab facility for awhile. I could barely move. I had multiple surgeries. After the first few surgeries I had multiple boxes of multiple reams of paper from the medical records of this event. I tried to handle my claim myself because the total limit amounts were far less then my damages. The insurance companies were trying to get over on me. It took weeks to summon enough energy to call and deal with the insurance people and the claim process. After getting the run around from the insurance companies I had thoroughly researched the top lawyers in Oregon. I contacted most of these super lawyers and lawyers with prestigious accolades who are considered the best. For the most part they treated my situation as just another case. I came across Travis Mayor who is also a Super Lawyer with many prestigious accolades as well. I called the office of Travis Mayor and spoke with his kind receptionist. She informed me that Travis was on vacation. A few minute later I received a call from Travis in Hawaii! He cares that much about his clients that he called me from Hawaii while he was with his family. I told him my situation and out of kindness and compassion he said this total limit amount of money would in no way be fair to you. So Travis offered me an EXTREMELY low flat fee out of the kindness of his own heart. He truly cared about me and my situation. After all the pain it was a blessing to come across a man who truly cared. Once Travis took over I was able to focus on recovering. Travis was extremely easy to contact and in most cases got back to me before I could get back to him. He kept me updated and presented everything to me in a direct and clear manner. He outlined the choices I could make and he let me have full control over the decisions of the case while guiding me throughout the process effortlessly. Travis got the limit amounts from both insurance companies. He negotiated my bills down extremely low. And he also searched every possible outlet for further money. Travis went above and beyond and he did it all like a champion with no sweat. Travis is the best lawyer I could have gotten not just in Oregon but anywhere in the globe. I do not think Travis could have done anything better. Travis performed at 1000% and went above and beyond for me and not for money but out of care for my situation. I was rear ended in a motor vehicle accident in December of 2021 and suffered a neck injury. I tried months of physical therapy and eventually connected with Joel Sturm and TUE. I can not even begin to describe the level of effort and concern they put into my case. Joel was present at doctors appointments, he constantly checked on me. The thing he said over and over was "Let's get it fixed, we can worry about other stuff later." The decision to eventually undergo surgery was left to me, and what I thought was best with the advice of the doctors. There was no talk of money and no pressure to settle the claim quickly. It eventually concluded in November of 2023. When it came time to take care of things Joel did an AMAZING job. I just stayed out of his way and let him use his expertise. When he called me to tell me what the settlement was, I didn't believe him. I thought he was pulling my leg. I made him repeat it three times. The job that Joel and TUE did was incredible. I wish the accident had not happened because of the pain and suffering that it caused. Even with physical rehab and surgery I am going to have some soreness and stiffness in my neck for the rest of my life, but because of the accident I met Joel and I am so grateful to him because he worked so hard to represent me and my interests. My husband and I hired Jason after my husband was in a bad car accident. Jason was fantastic through the long process of getting my husband the proper compensation for his current and future losses, he was educated and seemed to genuinely have my husbands and my best interest at heart. He was always more than willing to answer any and all questions and he made sure that we understood what was happening throughout the case. He was willing to make any necessary accommodations to help ease my husbands discomfort and he would also check in to see how my husband was doing. Throughout the process of the lawsuit Jason was always professional and polite and kept us informed of what was going on with the case. Mr. Wendell Belknap has been handling legal documents such as Last Will and Testament for my wife and me for many years. When my wife passed away last year, I asked Wendell for help with settling an IRA account that my wife had forgotten to link to a beneficiary. He was immediately helpful, explaining the various options available. After we selected probate as most appropriate, he carefully explained all aspects of the process, guiding me through how to get the personal representative class, summarizing assets, and formal notification (listing in local papers) for creditors, which he took care of. He referred me to another attorney who specialized in estates to help with determining the value of the estate. Additionally, Wendell personally handled communications with the IRA administrators regarding the probated estate so that appropriate paperwork would be completed.
Wendell was always available for my questions and was clearly concerned that the process should be as easy and painless as possible. While probate can take a long time, and this one did, I was never concerned with the process knowing that Wendell was watching it every step of the way. I would highly recommend Wendell as your first contact lawyer.

I retained Matt for a slip & fall injury because the insurance company was not working with me. After Matt took my claim over I did not have to do anything. Matt did all the calling, negotiating, and because of his due diligence I received a larger settlement than I thought I was gonna receive. He was always there to answer my questions no matter how many times I called or email him. He was quick to send me an answer and if he didn't have one he found the answer ASAP. I retained Matt Rizzo twice for two auto accident claims. Matt's communication and service to his clients are second-to-none. He always kept me informed about my case. We met a few times before going into depositions and I really felt like he cared about me, my injuries and fighting for my compensation. He always had a plan. Our adult granddaughter was hit by a car while on her bike. She incurred horrendous injuries with corresponding medical bills, for which there was little insurance. My father had a horrible accident that almost ended his life. I was stuck in a world that was unknown to me. How do I deal with insurance companies? Hospitals? Interpreting Medical Charts? Our daughter was hit by a car and killed while in a crosswalk. We were fortunate to find Josh to take our case. I could not imagine a more effective attorney. Josh took on all of the details of our case. He recommended a highly competent probate attorney to handle the details of our daughter's estate. His assistant Jessica very effectively managed many of the interface details between his office and the probate attorney's office. Josh worked diligently with the insurance companies, dealing with their stalling tactics and negotiating a generous and fair settlement. I retained Mr. Kline's office after being hit by a care while riding my motorcycle. While trying to heal from my injuries, my wife and I were worried how I would get my medical bills handled and since the driver had little insurance how we were going to handle this traumatic situation. Mr. Kline took the time to drive to my house (rather than me go to his office) and explained to my wife and I how he thought we should go about getting all of the legal business with this crash. Along with his paralegal Rosie Key I was constantly informed on updates on my case. Also each step along the way they informed me on what would likely happen next. I, and my two young daughters, were injured in a car accident caused by a reckless driver, and I asked family and friends for recommendations for a personal injury attorney. I had been in a bicycle accident and chose to handle the claim without hiring a lawyer. Everything went smoothly until I was settling the claim some time later. I received a letter with language and twisting legal terminology I didn't quite understand and wasn't confident signing. I was visiting the United States and was injured by a car while cycling. Charley and his staff were wonderful at helping me to navigate the complicated American health care and payments system, as well as arranging for every provider to get their appropriate amount.

I was fortunate enough to have Mr Huegli as my attorney during my DUI case. My case was difficult to prove because the police officer was not completly honest in his investigation and actually violated the law in order to charge me with a DUI. Mr. Huegli analyzed the events, the investigation and police reports and was able to determine what actually occurred. He then put a strategy together to prove this in court. I was most impressed with Mr Huegli's litigation and delivery during the trial. In the courtroom he was able to examine and cross-examine so that the jury could understand what actually happened. It was obvious that the police officer was not being entirely honest as Mr. Huegli cross-examined him on the witness stand. The jury deliberated for less than an hour and I was found "not guilty." I would highly recommend Mr. Huegli for legal representation.

I won't get into too many details about my personal case, however I can tell you that Todd knows the law inside and out. The D.A. tried to bring in a bunch of evidence that would have really killed me and Todd knew exactly how to handle it all. I was rear-ended and as a result have permanent pain in my back. I was offered $3,000 by the at fault insurance company. I then knew that I had to hire a lawyer, but was uncertain of how to figure out who was going to be honest and look out for my best interest. I was VERY near the end of my statue of limitations with my auto accident and I got bounced around by several different firms.
