My father came up injured after being hit by a car on the street while he was having his regular evening walk. The disaster turned our family’s life upside down. It was really bad. My husband was in an automobile accident that left him with a severely fractured arm. The fracture required surgery which caused hospitalization, and because of the severity he was left unable to work for an extended period of time. Adding to my devastation, I had a three week old newborn.
My husband was in the hospital recovering from his first surgery when he decided to contact the office that Tiffany and her husband Eric own and practice law. The day he contacted them, they came to my husbands hospital room to talk to him about what they may be able to do for us.
We had a new baby and absolutely no income coming in, plus my husband was staying in the hospital due to complications from the surgery to fix the fractures in his arm. I was extremely fragile and scared. Tiffany called me to assure me that she was doing everything in her power to make sure we would start getting my husbands lost wages. She was very knowledgable, confident, compassionate, and thorough. Also, from that point on she made sure to keep me updated along with my husband every time she had any news concerning our case. Tiffany made every effort to fight for what was rightfully ours, she was honest, forthcoming, and diligent. She made every effort to make this process was as easy and as quick as humanly possible for our family. In addition, there were times when we did not understand things that were happening, and Eric, Tiffany's husband and partner would call my husband to make sure we understood the jargon. Tiffany's staff was super helpful and they always were willing to answer questions or to help us whenever we needed it. At Faddis and Faddis, there is never a bad time, for they bend over backwards to make sure their job is done right. Mr Melton performed his task relating to my case in an extremely adequate, timely and professional manner. He also exhibited a great compassion for my particular circumstance and my overall well being. From the time Mr. Melton became involved in my case I felt confident my case would be given the appropiate attention and consideration. I was at all times kept well informed and treated with respect. At any time I felt comfortable calling his office to speak with him or his staff regarding any questions or concerns. I was at all times made to feel important as a client. Mr. Melton and his staff were also extremely patient and understanding with me during this time when unexpected family situations arose. Previously working with a South Florida attorney from a large firm, I discovered that I was not being represented in the manner that I had been initially promised. To add insult to injury, the (over)billing was suspect at best. With limited options and my entire career at stake, I was forced to fire my attorney and turned to Mr. Melton for legal counsel.
My case was complex, comprised of several moving parts, any of which would have required an expert. Mr. Melton was successful in a clarifying what needed to be done in each area of this litigation. The steps that I took, based on his advice, led to quick, affordable closure, and avoided a long, drawn out, expensive legal battle. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Melton again. My wife was rendered a quadriplegic when a tire on our Ford Expedition separated while driving on I-75, causing the vehicle to roll over several times. The right rear tire had been improperly serviced and repaired by the defendants three months before the accident. Attorney Melton won us a 13.6 million dollar verdict. Frank Melton is a unique attorney that actually cares about the person and not about how much profit they can get from the injury. His level of professionalism and commitment is without equal and he was not afraid to take my case all the way to trial. Two thumbs way up for Frank Melton and his team. One of the best attorneys around. I checked out other attorneys who were supposed to have great reputations, great results, and good to work with. Mr. Melton was the only one I felt really confident in. I was proud see him handle my complicated case in front of a jury. Mr. Meltons' staff was also superb. His paralegals respond quickly to calls. The other thing I liked about Mr. Melton is that he is no-nonsense, he doesn't sugar coat anything, but he definitely had my best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend him in a heartbeat!

I you want a lawyer who is hard to get, if you want a lawyer who has a rude staff, if you want a lawyer who makes you think you wasting his time, if you want a lawyer how has the bedside manor of a dead cold fish. DON"T call Mr. Walker.
This man walks tall among other men, this man is a team leader, this man is not scared of a fight, this man will walk into hell with two open buckets of gasoline to make sure he is giving you all he can give.
Mr. Walker was so easy to talk to, it was like talking to your brother, if the conversation went off to something not related to the subject he would listen, he understood that he needed to hear everything you said. Mr. Walker never let me down when it came to my case and never even when I expected him to try and rush an event, he took his time.
I never had a case go into the federal court system, you could feel how Mr. Walker knew what to do and to walk the walk in both local and federal level. No better man walks. He also wears the uniform of the U.S. Army . God bless him and all like him who defend us in court and on the real battlefield.
