Aaron was God sent! Everything that happened with my brother happened so fast and the county law enforcement agency was in a hurry to hang my brother high and dry. Our family frantically searched for someone to represent our loved one with about 24 hours until he was in front of a judge on a SUNDAY! Aarons name showed during the search. Once we made the call we knew we had the right man. Aaron was insanely quick, communicative, available and caring. What stood out to me was he gave a s***! I remember speaking to him and trying to explain the situation and respectfully Aaron stopped me and said "I'm not being rude but right now my concern is making sure I am there with him in person and then we can over details later." He got suited up and drove to represent my brother with just a few hours until he (my brother) was to be seen. Aaron showed up dressed to the nines! well groomed and stood with confidence from there on out that level of professionalism didn't stop.. Very disappointed of the outcome of my case. He collected his six figure check and after that (in my opinion) he didn’t try to reduce my liens that were in the six figures, wasn’t sympathetic and if they were it was fake. He reduced his fee but then charged other fees that almost were half of what he “reduced fees”. He stated he wouldn’t take more then me. That’s not true, he walked away with more then I did. The ZLF team will be all nice until they collect the check then leave you on the side of the road like an abounded orphan kid. This is all my opinion and how they made me feel after the case was over. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before using this firm. They can control the reviews on majority of their Social Media platforms. He also stated “lawyers out in Arizona can do whatever they want as they aren’t monitored. It’s like the Wild West” as he stated on a phone call. Keep your options open for a personal injury attorney.

Deplorable law firm. Typical, arrogant attorneys that only care about their own reputation instead of doing the right thing. I retained them to file a lawsuit against Mountain Vista medical center for leaving my mother's dead body at room temperature in the ER for over 24 hours so she bloated and we couldn't have a viewing before cremation.
Christopher Zachar was very enthusiastic about taking my case but after he spoke with the mortuary owner who was witness to what happened, he decided not to proceed further because of something the mortuary did years prior that had nothing to do with my mother's case. He was worried that his reputation would be tarnished for "having her as his star witness". I was a legal assistant for 20 years and got to work with a lot of self centered attorneys just like Christopher so I honestly wasn't surprised. There are plenty of personal injury and wrongful death attorneys out there. I would suggest not retaining anyone from the Zachar law firm

It’s so hard to get a hold of the “lawyer” “Alec” that was looking at my case . Since feb 13th I spoke to him maybe 3 times & he didn’t get me anywhere and didn’t seem interested in my case at all. Now that I signed the agreement that they poorly worked to get , I still don’t receive my check . They don’t know who to communicate me with . They always tell you to leave a voicemail, they’re truly the worst . May god forbid I get in an accident again, but I would never recommend them . Especially with 35% they take PLUS miscellaneous fees . THE WORST

My family (father is a hundred percent disabled combat veteran and mother has serious heart problems) and I have been victimized by the state of Arizona and were trying to sue the individual responsible for taking our lives away. First, he indicated he was only taking certain cases if interested. Then at the end he said he had "other things going on" and was not interested in helping me or my family. Attorney Don was did not ask any relevant questions about the actual facts of the case and was not the least bit interested in learning the truth. Instead he relied on false information in the media which is why we are suing in the first place. Most upsetting from speaking with him is that he honestly could have cared less for what happened to me and my family. Based upon my conversation with him and his demeanor, I would not recommend this attorney.

I went for a consultation on an extremely serious police violence case. He was insulting and said it all started over a minor incident and a jury would think it's laughable. It's not what it started over it's what the police did. 80% of police calls are civilian initiated over any number of things. His attitide is crude and demeaning.

I would like to give a brief recommendation if anyone has a need to look for and hire an attorney.
Professional is the key word and during the deposition i first saw his skills shine through and I was happy he was on my side. He clearly understood the case as he asked pointed questions that seamed to clearly, identify or expose the other sides issue's. He stayed on point and made sure he got the answer he was looking for. When i was asked questions he made sure he objected when it was in question and it showed he was following the case and new the issue's. After this was completed I thanked him no matter which way the case goes because i could see he represented me well and i was pleased to have the best chance to win.
Once our case was heard I again witnessed this same clear questioning to the opposing side and I felt good with the direction the case went. YES a week later we won so Im happy but like I said before I was pleased way before I knew the outcome. Don
