During the course of a ten-year (!) lawsuit that was eventually heard by the Utah State Supreme Court, Greg was an absolute rock. The case was more complex, longer-running and higher profile than I think any of us expected, yet Greg's professionalism, attention to detail, compassion and care for how I was feeling, and complete determination to make sure justice was served never wavered. I am grateful and amazed how professional and fast Garrett Handy worked on my case. My case was basically lost and only had a few months to start a lawsuit or lose it forever. I went to talk to Garrett. We reviewed my case. He was hesitant to take it since three lawyers took my case previously. The three of them did basically nothing with my case except to keep it in their office forever and I didn't know what was going on. One of those firms was Siegfried and Jensen; they are only known due to advertising, but have nothing close to what Garrett has: Lots of professionalism! After reviewing my case a couple of times, Garrett decided to take my case. He started working on it right away. We opened the case at the beginning of January and we had only until July to win or to lose. Well, surprisingly, five months later I got my first check as part of the settlement. Then in a month or two, I got the rest of the money. I even took a picture with Garrett for my personal file, since this was absolutely a won battle. Garrett, you and your team ARE AWESOME!! They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. Was this case going to be a challenge bc of living across the country and depending on zoom calls due to the pandemic yes but him and his team proved to me that they were in it for the long hall. I admired the way he looked at this case. He was always confident, honest and knew how to speak to me when things would got difficult. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

On Wednesday April 12, 2017, my fiance & I had a consultation with Michael Banks regarding a car accident we were involved in back in June 2016. I called Mr. Banks at 3:30pm & explained a little of what happened in the accident. His response was very sincere & he told me the rest of his afternoon was free & he'd love to talk to us in person. We were in his office by 4pm meeting with him personally. Not just a paralegal or assistant... The actual attorney! We also met his assistant Annie & she was just the sweetest thing EVER! They both were very caring, sincere, thorough & wanted to right the way we were wronged! We were not only wronged due to the accident but also by the attorney we previously hired. Mr. Banks was very empathetic & understanding! He felt we had a good case & need less to say, before 5pm we were signing the papers hiring Michael Banks to fight for us! Steve advocated for me after a major rear-end accident that left me with a great deal of injuries, pain and suffering.
Through his representation I was able to table the claim side of things and focus solely on healing/recovery. There was always a solid and high level of communication.
I always felt heard, valued and supported. When I finished treating Steve was able to articulate my injuries, pain and suffering so well that he tendered policy limits from the at fault driver and both UIM insurances available.

I hired Jeff Handy to help me with the problem with my house because WNINGS & MORE moved my double-wide manufactured home using a regular white-cab pickup truck and destroyed my home. Jeff was very unprofessional; he discriminated against me because I was Hispanic. Jeff charged me more than $10,000 and was working with the other party. Jeff also brought Mr. Vance Strunk, a professional, to see the damage to my house. However, Mr. Vance Strunk does business with MHP#1, LLC, which works as Wasatch View Estates, and Silver King Companies, Inc., an Arizona Corporation. Mr. Vance Strunk is familiar with the owner of Awnings & More.
In my case, Mr. Vance Strunk was in a conflict of interest because he does business with Wasatch View Estates companies. When I informed Jeff Handy, he treated me as if I were ignorant or stupid.
I didn't want to work with Jeff anymore because he took advantage of me. Helping these companies has caused me a lot of harm, not only financially but also in terms of my health. Jeff wanted Mr. Vance Strunk to work in my house when all the beams were not in good condition. The structural integrity was damaged, and they wanted to do unprofessional work in my house. He only wanted to do a partial repair. Jeff Handy was working for the companies, not in my best interest.
Mr. Vance Strunk also shared this information with the lawyers Jeff, Tim, and me. According to Mr. Vance Strunk, a few years ago, before relocating my home, Awning & More moved a manufactured home using a regular cab pickup truck. Unfortunately, the home was dropped during the move due to the improper equipment used, leading to the tragic death of one of its employees.

...Greg Wall’s office shouts, “Get the hell out!” Unprofessional: Stood me up in court. Refused calls. Lost paperwork repeatedly, until I started emailing instead.
Unapologetic: Wasted the entire time until, on the last day, I switched to Scott Brown and Brian Coutts who won $200,000 in a short period of time for about the same cost.
Greg Wall made NO effort until it came time to collect his $30,000+ for doing nothing.
I would love to meet these other people who gave him 5 stars. I suspect they’re members of his church ward.

Thought he was a good lawyer, went through depositions in a personal injury case. Ryan and Christian Burridge abandoned me after that, never heard from them again, until mr. Burridge notified me he was withdrawing from my case leaving Ryan as my council. I tried to call him with the number provided, facebook, every means I could think of. I finally gave up, but I would suggest you seriously reconsider if your thinking of hiring him. You would never know if he abandoned you too. I would have been ok if he a least told me he needed to drop the case, but nothing, really. Not professional.

I had some criminal charges that were affecting my license with DOPL. I spent over $300,000.00 using Heather Thuet as my supposed advocate, She tried to mask her lack of knowledge of the law with haughtiness. i had to go to her colleagues to reason with her. I asked her for written opinions of specific legal questions, she didn't provide them. I have spent millions in legal fees and the money i spent on hiring her was the most ill-spent. Everyone carries a hope they don’t realize: I hope I never have the need for an attorney. Unfortunately, this hope often means we find ourselves unprepared when the need actually arises. In my case, I found myself involved in a lawsuit with a former friend of mine—someone I had explicitly trusted—and had no idea what to do. Fortunately, another friend of mine found Heather Thuet during a quick Google search for “real estate attorneys.” We called her firm, scheduled a consultation, and prepared for the worst; so many stereotypes exist, painting attorneys as “bloodsuckers” or as someone who is willing to sidestep ethics in order to pad the bill.
Heather completely defied this stereotype. As I started to explain the situation that had brought me to her, she was kind and empathetic. She listened carefully and asked a few questions and I could already see a strategy forming in her head. She knew what to do immediately and her expertise brought such a relief to my anxieties. When the inevitable question of cost came-up, I was thrilled with her description of how things would work. There would, of course, be standard things she would have to be responsible for, but any research that could be done by me would be offered to me first, as a cost saving measure.
Throughout the process, I never felt as if my time was being abused. Heather kept me informed of everything that was happening and was available to answer questions, but nothing was dragged out. She aimed for a settlement so as to avoid the expensive costs of going to court and never filed unnecessary documents with the courts. The other person involved in the lawsuit, my former friend, had an attorney who wasn’t so kind. His counsel submitted a ridiculous number of unnecessary filings and refused a settlement. Despite our efforts, we ended up in a courtroom.
This, however, was where Heather really shined. She prepared me and all of our witnesses for what we should expect while on the stand, she came with all of our exhibits well organized and thought out, and she was ready for whatever the plaintiff’s counsel could have thrown at us. Her courtroom manner is impeccable: professional, intelligent, and very deliberate.
When the judgement was presented, I’m happy to say it was a win for us! We won! My family’s home of ten years was on the line, but the judge found it fitting to allow me to refinance it into my name with nothing owed to the other party.
Heather is a gem. While I would still hope I don’t have need for an attorney again, I would immediately contact Heather if the need ever arose. She was fair, compassionate, and incredibly talented.

Seems they do not see where there clients are in the wrong and need to fix the situation I have asked for all files they had and still not gotten them and no one has even tried to fixed what was filed wrong

Mr Porter is a terrible attorney. He is mean and immature. He has no respect for women and one of his para's is worse. He knows very little of the law. After I left him and went to another attorney I realized how very bad he and his office was. My file was incomplete and that was after 2 1/2 years.
