We hired CaseLaw for an injury claim against a corporation. We were quite pleased with the experience working with Jeffrey, Wil and their entire staff. I was a cyclist hit in a bicycle vs. auto accident with disputed liability (50/50) over who ran the red light in an intersection in San Francisco. I was referred to Debra by a close friend and attorney.
Debra thoroughly prepared me for what lay ahead. Her compassionate and straightforward communication style made me comfortable with a process that was completely unknown to me.
Before even sending the settlement demand letter, Debra did a huge amount of work on my behalf. She collected all of my medical records, bills, and other documentation. She engaged the services of an awesome biomechanical engineer to help reconstruct the accident.
At a time when I only wanted to focus on healing, Debra helped me to understand that the accident, injuries and surgical implants in my broken tibia were only part of my suffering. She wisely advised me to visit an orthopedic surgeon, who could explain potential future mobility issues I may have. The detailed report and advice I received helped me to make the important decision to have the hardware removed that was so uncomfortable in my leg. Debra's support was empowering.

Our family had a problem with bedbugs in our apartment and a landlord who was blaming us and trying to get us to pay for the exterminators. Mike Kelly is amazing! I was a pedestrian hit by a car in the middle of a crosswalk. I was referred to Mike by a friend who highly recommended him. I was in extreme crisis when we contacted Mike. Since I was bedridden, he made a house visit on the weekend a couple of days after the accident. That alone shows what a caring, sensitive person he is. I found Mr. Matiasic online and he was the only one of three other lawyers who responded wanting more info. The others did not want to persue the case, thinking it hard to prove. Mr. Matiasic was the only one who asked to meet with me personally to discuss the case and it was only with Mr. Matiasic asking questions and explaining to me the what we needed to prove, that I was able to give him the solid information (photos) that resulted in a successful settlement. My husband and I are an over-the-road trucking team that owns and operates a one-truck business. In March 2019 we were involved in a highway collision in Oregon that resulted in our truck and trailer being totaled, and both of us being injured. We were out of work for over a year.
We were not at fault but knew we had to find representation. Since the crash took place outside of our home state, we began calling lawyers in the Oregon area. We had no luck. We couldn’t find someone familiar with the trucking industry, and the firms we did reach out to either outright declined to represent us or recommended other firms. And the one attorney we initially started to work with, who we found through a trucking advocacy group, completely failed us. Ultimately, none of them worked out.

I would like to recommend Mr. Sanford Cipinko who represented me in a personal injury law suit concerning a significant claim involving a large established insurance company. Mr. Cipinko with the assistance of his well trained office staff handled the case with alacrity. All court and other legal filings where accomplished quickly and I was kept well informed as to the meaning and progress of the proceedings. As expected, the Insurance Company pulled every trick they could, including intimidation by suggesting that I lied and was carless enough that I purposely ran into the cross walk and thus was hit by their client’s oncoming car. Eventually the case was settled to my satisfaction with the helpful advice and counsel of Mr. Cipinko. Of upmost importance, Mr. Cipinko is honest and forthright. My experience with Mr. Cipinko has been excellent and I would highly recommend him as legal counsel for any personal injury litigations.

Spencer Pahlke of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Shchoenbeger is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.
It is as simple as that. Do yourself a favor and hand all of the legal stuff to Spencer. Don't worry about anything he or his excellent staff does. I guarantee you he will make the best out of any rough situation both legally and financially.
Spencer is trustworthy. Even someone else with a bad previous lawyer experience (For example another person who had to decide between their two parents as a child and lost half their family because of another unfortunate past lawyer experience) could trust Spencer.

On Halloween night, 2013, I was struck by a car while crossing the street in a crosswalk. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and diagnosed with a fractured scull and a broken leg. When I returned home 3 weeks later I called Mark Iezza to represent me with the person that had hit me and his insurance company. Mark and I met on Thanksgiving day, and he got right to work.
The insurance company told us that the claim was not worth the maximum allowed settlement, so before there meeting to present there official offer, Mark called the head of the claims department (who ho knew) and explained that he had plenty of documented evidence to support a claim for the maximum payment. Soon after, Valentines Day, Mark called me and said that the Insurance company was going to settle for the full amount we were asking for, $3000,000.
After The lawyer's fee and medical expenses I received a check for over $181,000 in March of 2014. From the time of the accident till the claim was settled was less than 4 months. The money made sure that I did not suffer financially from this ordeal.
