They are honest, that is what I like the most. When I was looking for an attorney, I had two cases; one for my spouse and the other one my cousin’s immigration case. I met in person with Mr. Arash Yasrebi, I wanted him to take both cases and he said: he takes my spouse case because he is sure, in return to the fees I pay he will get me that green card but about my cousin’s case he said “No”, due to the nature of the case he cannot be sure of the result.
I insisted that he takes my cousin’s case, if no results I don’t blame him. He said he does not want to charge me for something that he cannot promise but he can refer me to people who work on such cases.
I had consultation with other attorneys too, and the fees I am paying to Yasrebi Law is almost twice as the others but I like their honesty. They are honest and professional.

Bryan is an interesting lawyer. He seems awesome then you see how he treats his clients. He will talk down to you, in fact, swear at you. He will blame you for not knowing things and get upset at the very end for major details that he and his partner should have resolved at the beginning; things that effect your ultimate settlement. Also pay very close attention between what he says is the rate and what you sign in your contingency agreement. He says one thing and then takes the bigger chunk at the end with no recourse available to the client. He generally settles or wins so that is the only reason I'll say I'd recommend him. Just be prepared to pay to be disrespected on multiple occasions, be prepared for him not to do his early homework-waiting till the end to realize that particularities needed to be handled when he first takes a case, and be prepared to hear their rate is 'x %' when in reality it is 'y %'. I had more stress from dealing with this attorney in some ways then the actual personal injury I sustained. Anyway, he's a pretty good lawyer with a very abrasive personality. If you can find another pretty good lawyer without these issues, then go for it! Good luck to you all!

On Halloween night, 2013, I was struck by a car while crossing the street in a crosswalk. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and diagnosed with a fractured scull and a broken leg. When I returned home 3 weeks later I called Mark Iezza to represent me with the person that had hit me and his insurance company. Mark and I met on Thanksgiving day, and he got right to work.
The insurance company told us that the claim was not worth the maximum allowed settlement, so before there meeting to present there official offer, Mark called the head of the claims department (who ho knew) and explained that he had plenty of documented evidence to support a claim for the maximum payment. Soon after, Valentines Day, Mark called me and said that the Insurance company was going to settle for the full amount we were asking for, $3000,000.
After The lawyer's fee and medical expenses I received a check for over $181,000 in March of 2014. From the time of the accident till the claim was settled was less than 4 months. The money made sure that I did not suffer financially from this ordeal.
