Michael and his assistant Julie are awesome! They will work harder for you than any large firm, period. They are kind and caring and will make sure that they do everything they possibly can to ensure you get what you deserve for your case. I was in an auto accident and do not have any health insurance. After the insurance company settled, looking at my medical bills I did not think I would get anything out of the settlement other than my bills getting paid. Michael had other plans. They continued to negotiate my medical bills down and I was blown away by how much they were able to get them reduced. Because of this I was able to pay off not only the debt I accrued from having to pay for rental cars to make it to my medial appointments for my injuries and delivery service for times I did not have a rental car but I was also able to pay off additional debt and had money left over. If you are injured in an accident, I highly recommend the Law Offices of Michael R. Herron, you wont regret it.

Over a year a go I got into a "no fault" car accident going to work. I pick an attorney's office that I thought was good until within a month's times one of the assistance there was calling telling me an offer. Completely feeling like I was just some quick dollars in their pocket I went to my doctor and ask if he could recommend me an attorney. Now the saying "Doctors knows best" applies here and when I tell you I am so happy I took his advice. Jennifer & her office was who he recommended and she was just what I needed for my situation. She's understanding, caring, straight forward, honest and her goal was not to rush to get me a quick dime. She cared more about my health, if there would be any long terms issues and my complete physical and mental well being. And yes, once she was sure I was finally satisfied with everything she made sure I was well compensated.

Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.

Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Berneese and Angie are the case managers, who take care of all the research information. The two of them are the sweetest, nicest, kindest people and so personable that each time I had to call I felt like I was speaking to my sister. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

My case was already complicated by the time I met Attorney J. Dan Clark. He successfully settled my case in mediation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. There was a substantial hospital lien which Attorney Clark was able to resolve as well. I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

After 4 months "representing" Alan told me Ford motor company was "ignoring us"...so now we are going to have to sue them. Well I thought that was what you were doing??? Then one inspector looked at my recalled Ford Fusion which rolled over my leg said I must have gotten out of a moving car. Clearlythe recall showed car would be placed in PARK and roll. The three plants involved in the recall issue were available through auto paperwork. My Ford Fusion was manufactured in Mexico at that specific time. I found Wagner impotent for my case . Waste of time on a solid case. DNR.
