I honestly can't say enough positive things about Caroline Taylor and Whitfield Bryson. I was injured in a motorcycle accident and lost my job due to my injuries. Caroline helped us through a tremendously difficult time and was always patient and understanding when we had questions. We had no idea how many different variables there were in an injury settlement and she took the reigns and handled business. She was always very professional, courteous, up front and honest with us. She truly cared about my family and helped us as much as she possibly could to come through this OK. Weston did an awesome job helping to sort out our property heirship since we had no wills. He provided the necessary affidavit of heirship and Tenncare release form required to establish a property deed for the inherited land. He also assisted with limited power of attorney needed so that I could represent the family. He promptly had all documents registered at the courthouse so we could move forward with a property listing. Weston explained everything involved with the process and was very helpful in guiding me along. I would definitely work with Weston again and he is highly recommended!

I reached out to Mr. Gantte in reference to getting an affidavit that shows my husband as property owner by heirship. The land went from my husband’s grandfather to my husband’s mother. However, neither of them had a will so there was nothing showing the lineage for my husband.
Mr. Gantte explained what he needed to start the process. Once received Mr. Gantte was expeditious in getting the affidavit registered and verified no bills owed to any nursing home.
Mr. Gantte has a good personality, is easy to work with and explains things so that it is easy to understand. I would definitely use him again.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

We Hired T Scott Jones to help with an incident that happened to my daughter that the results could have been very life changing and facing prison time. Mr. Pence and his assistant, Paige Crumpler, have been incredible. Because of head injury I would forget what was said and they were both so kind to go over things for me, often. They kept me informed, never rushed me off the phone, or out of the office. Explained everything so well that I knew exactly what was going on, at all times. Brad Burnette helped me with my personal injury case. Brad and his team did a wonderful job, they were extremely nice and welcoming!
I’ve never needed an attorney for anything so I did not know what to expect. My thoughts on attorneys came from Breaking Bad and Don’t Call Saul. You know, the skeezy, slick talking, untrustworthy kind. They are nothing like that.
Brad was very transparent, he kept me updated, Andrea, his paralegal, was great also. She responded to my emails very quickly and helped get me reimbursed for my rental! They handled EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to do anything really, just heal from my injuries!
The whole case took less than a year! From December 2021 to September 2022. That is from wreck to check.

I was hit by another driver and injured. My car was undriveable, I couldn't work and my medical bills were pilling up. The other driver's insurance company would not take responsibility and wouldn't pay my damages. I was scared and anxious about what to do. I was referred to Matt and that's when things changed for the better. He took the time to meet with me and explained everything that would happen. He laid out a clear plan on how he would recover my damaged and made sure I understood it. He was kind and patient. Shortly after I retained him he forced the insurance company to provide me with a rental car and then to pay to fix my car. He got my doctors to agree to wait until my case was resolved to get paid. That took a lot of the pressure off of me. He then recovered the rest of my damages just as he had laid out and explained to me. He was fantastic. This is a great lawyer.

The Plaintiffs Law Firm proved to be an excellent firm. They were very professional; calls were returned in a reasonable amount of time; everyone used the same terminology and gave the same answers; and during the length of my case, there was no turnover in the office (which says a lot).
Mr. Frazier would respond via phone, fax, email, or text; thus, the firm is up to standards with technology. Mr. Frazier's availability is rated as excellent. My concerns were always considered "important". The pleasant attitude and willingness to follow through ensured that everything was being handled and Mr. Frazier's knowledge of the law lessened any apprehension about my case. He was always upfront and the attention given to my case proved he cared. Mr. Frazier is also a family man and that was impressive.

I hired Emma Flynn to review a contract that covered my purchase of the business assets of my former boss. Since I was technically starting a new business, the main thing I needed was protection from any claims against the former business by the IRS or other parties. The contract had to be ready to sign in a short amount of time and Mrs. Flynn delivered. She ironed out what was basically a rough draft, adding language and clauses that would protect me and removing anything that was superfluous. Her communication was timely and professional. I was able to meet with her to discus the details of my contract and follow up emails were answered immediately. Her bill was clear and negotiated up front, making it easy for me to know what to expect and focus on giving her the information she needed to assist me. We found ourselves in a somewhat embarassing position last year when our 19 year daughter was arrested for shoplifting. We were referred to Mr. Kim through a friend and contacted him for his help. Since she had never been arrested before he was able to work with the prosecutor and allow her to attend anti-theft classes which enabled her to have this minor charge expunged from her record. Without this expungement, she would not have been able to get the job she had been wanting for some time. Mr. Kim helped to ease our fears through this whole process and without his help, she might have been held back in life. Well as a protection, in the event, a wreck occurs it is the law to have car insurance. And as I've seen that work or not in my case, still a wreck leaves you hurt in more than one way- opening you up as a target for more devices. Why does this attorney merit 5 stars? As a 63 year old client that experienced an accident that altered my life course and left me totally disabled- I needed the RIGHT LAWYER that would go the extra mile. A sum of 2 years ago I was charged with 6 aggravated assault charges, and later the DA felt I got the lesser charges so they decide to charge me with first degree attempted murder. I was arrested October 28, Mr. Reaves came on the 30th just two days after, I was impressed. When we first talked and he gave me a consultation he made sure he let me know that he will fight for me to the fullest extent. I didnt expect to much but I wasn't in full belief because I was in a city that wronged me, but over the course of 21 days in jail attorney Reaves built my confidence by displaying his incentive, knowledge, and determination. I was his first criminal case, so in all other metaphors he took those gloves off and prepared to win. He knew what possible outcomes could take place but his diligence allowed him not to be defeated. Even though I had no criminal history and I was eligible for first offense diversion he didnt take no plea, even when I was reindicted for the higher charge he never gave up on me. During the course of 2 years we had several trials and although he was a civil attorney he went against two of the most respected defense attorneys Memphis had to offer. But Mr. Reaves was prepared for them and surprised them as well. In the end result I can still be an engineer with my clear name because he was triumphant. I owe him so much more then money and gratitude he saved my life and I'm eternally grateful. If you ask me what Lawyer is the best for any situation civil and or criminal I will say attorney Reaves. Alex Burkhalter earned my respect and confidence from the very beginning. My case was a wrongful termination against a municipality, which involved uncommon, technical environmental concepts. Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. I went to him concerning a custody issue after I was pretty much told by another lawyer that my children's emotional feelings were irrelavent & I had no argument as long as they were not coming home bruised or physically broken. He took the time to talk with my children. He fought for my children's rights & he is - in my book - a child advocate. He was very informative & great with the kids.
