I hire Mr Lewis to represent me on divorce case. Worst mistake of my life. During trial, he was coughing up blood on his shirt and drooling on himself. My wife and I had two properties on the separate property. He failed to provide the deed Hearing for which I provided to him prior to her hearing. Cost me compensation on our second property. Didn’t sign the decree or review it, so my divorce got thrown out and I had to go through the process again. Such a horrible experience I’ve thought about going after his law license.

Clark hermanson was recommened to me about 2 years ago when i was hit by a drunk driver.
My first car accident so didnt really know what to expect with the whole lawyer thing.
Just knew my car was totaled and i suffered some minor injuries thank god.
So i saw clark he took my case he was straight forward on what can happen.
Hes firm was also helpful during the case like hes asistant Rosy im assuming hes right hand.
Never kept me in the dark,kept me updated on whats to come n so forth.
They got me my money within a year which was pretty fast to me n it also came in at the right time i needed it haa.
I thought i got a fair amount and if i was ever in another one he would be the one i would go too.
So thank you to the Harmonson firm.

If you need a miracle Mark Carroll can help you. Grandparents rights are hard to get awarded but Mr. Carroll did an excellent job and we now have the right to see our grandson while our son is in jail. I contacted this law firm regarding a dispute with my auto insurance company. On Friday 8/30/24 @ approximately 4:15pm. I called other law firms that probably closed early today due to the upcoming holiday on Monday as they did not answer. This lawfirm had a live representative that was not an answering service that actually answered, took my info/ reason for calling and sought assistance from their legal team to see if they would be able to assist me. Unfortunately they were not able to assist me but the representative was able to direct me to another law firm that might be able to assist me.
This is so uncommon these days but I greatly appreciate it.

I’m very pleased with the Stark law firm as a whole. Every person I talked to was very professional. I was involved in a wreck that I thought was going to be a minor ordeal. Had to do much of Mr. Holladay's work myself, calling and giving the insurance companies information. Found out money was left on the table simply because claims were not filled in the appropriate amount of time. Seemed almost scared to fight case in court and pushed to settle out. Stay away if you're looking for a big pay day.

Unprofessional representation On 9/10/24 I found out that I was dropped from Holladay law firm. I found out by text from my therapy clinic. My son and I were hit by a drunk driver with a .178 blood alcohol level on 8/3/24. I call Terry Byant law firm soliciting my case to them. After taken my case I was asked some questions then I was recommended to Holladay law firm because they were close to my location. On 8/14/24 Holladay law firm was representing case. From the time Holladay law firm was representing us me and my son we were going to physical therapy. I was getting calls from doctors office to have one of their doctors check me out but time never permitted me so I called back the next week and I nolonger needed a physical check. On 9/10/24 I received a text message from a unknown number telling me that Holladay law firm dropped us on 8/28/24. I also received a message from the therapy clinic that we had been dropped and we had been going for three weeks. I never received any communication with Holladay law firm that they dropped us. I call Terry Byant law firm on 9/10/24 to find out any information because they were the ones who associated me with this law firm. I spoke with a lady name Veronica on 9/11/24 and she recommend I speak with Holladay law firm to get answers. I called Holladay law firm and ask to speak with Ashley or Jason and I was told they both were busy. I feel lies. Unprofessional wouldn't recommend Holladay law firm nor Terry Byant law firm to anyone because you're thinking you're being represented but all your getting is the run arounds and text messages saying our wifi is down so Unprofessional Holladay law firm. Very disappointed and left hanging.

I saw a comment from Greg Smith about Abraham Watkins taking 40% and fees. There was a reply stating they don't from the law firm but I can attest to them taking 40% as a client and I saw under 5k from my 10k settlement. The firm hasn't been hard to deal with and they are rather good lawyers aside from the excessive fees. My only issue is them lying in the responses because I definitely was charged 40% in fees and saw under 5k. I also had to beg them just to file my claim for EIF when other law firms had filed claims for veterans with much less proof. I do feel defeated when it comes to how they're handling us but it's nothing new.
