In March of 2021 I was in a car accident where I was at a dead stop and hit at a speed above 65 MPH from behind.
I was in the ICU with a number of injuries.
I did not have any intention of getting a lawyer, no "lawyering up", I should be able to handle this myself.
But before I was out of my 4 days in the hospital, I was getting calls from 2 different insurance companies telling me my settlement was ready.
That is when I decided to get a lawyer.
I had three different conversations with three different offices.
I picked Scott's office because it asked me one question the others did not, "What are your realistic expectations from the attorney you pick to represent you?
I said I want my hospital bills paid, my car paid for since it was totaled, and my days that I missed work I would be paid.
Scott said that is a realistic expectation and his office could help me.
While the process was long, Scott's office kept me up to date, month to month and even had my own text line so I could contact them.
Also, Scott called me to keep me informed of what was happening.
Bottom-line is he and those in the office treated me with respect and kept to his word in how things would happen.
While I hope I never have another accident, kif I do I will be calling Scott.

No one ever really wants to have to engage an attorney, but if you need one this team is great.
Hannah Conrardy represented us for an auto accident. We asked lots of questions, weren't sure we really needed representation, or whether try to sort it out ourselves. Very happy we didn't try to.
Hannah very patiently answered all our questions, clearly outlined the whole process, made it clear how an attorney can help, and where they can't.
They helped us get treatment quickly, handled all the documentation requests and negotiated with the insurance companies and medical teams.
Hannah or a staff member quickly responded to all our calls or texts, and made us feel like our case and health was important and they wanted to be helpful.
We are very happy that we engaged an attorney after all, and extremely pleased with Snellings Law and the case resolution.
Hope we don't need this kind of help in the future, but if we do, we will definitely use Snellings Law.

My experience with the Littletons was great. I was involved in an accident that seem the likelihood of a resolution that was in my favor was slim to none. The accident was not my doing, but I was sure this was going to cost me thousands in damages. However, not only were they able to pull me out of a tough situation. I never imagined that I would be a victim of a car wreck with my children in the car, but unfortunately it happened. Russ, Michelle and their office staff assisted me in resolving a complicated felony DWI case. Let me just say, this was the most stressful time of my entire life; when you have a pending legal charge, you spend every day in limbo- feeling scared and uneasy about what the future may or may not hold. I am unsure if I could have made it through those months without the help of their office. As a local business owner and single parent, my life was completely chaotic, even before this added stressor. Russ and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, reassuring and FAST; if I had any question, I could always just shoot over an email and expect a response within hours, sometimes minutes. They kept me informed and were completely honest about exactly what was happening and what I was to expect during the whole ordeal. I highly recommend Winocour law if you are ever in an auto accident. I was first introduced to Jonathon Winocour about 20 years ago when my sister was hit by a drunk driver. He handled her case against him. Jonathon Winocour won my sister the full settlement. A couple years later I was in an auto accident which lead to serious spinal injury. The Lenahan team excelled in their duty to bring my brother and I some justice after we lost our mother to an intoxicated driver (with multiple DUI offenses), driving a company vehicle. Albeit an aspect of this dreadful situation continues to linger and my brother and I are not finished with the courts, the case as it pertains to the driver. But, the company that allowed a multiple DUI offender to drive their vehicle did not get off scott-free, thanks to Marc and team. The Lenahan group did everything that was expected of them and more. If you are looking for a personal injury attorney, you truly will not find a better law firm. When my brother suffered a devastating injury a few years ago, I started the search for a personal injury attorney almost immediately. As a lawyer myself, I was extremely picky and diligent about looking for a lawyer- I solicited recommendations from my professional network, scoured legal websites for reviews and interviewed at least a half dozen firms. I decided to go with Marc and his firm because I found them to be the most genuine, compassionate and likeable attorneys I met with.
My brother had been injured at a national chain of entertainment venues so our lawsuit was not an easy one. We sued 3 defendants, asked for monetary damages, and also demanded that the company where the injury happened make safety modifications at all of their locations (almost 30) nationwide. On top of all that, we encountered some unfortunate events over the years, faced shockingly nasty opposing counsel and even had a judge die in the middle of litigation. Despite all of this- Marc, Kathleen, Tom and Wes never wavered in their attention and effort in my brother’s case. Every email was replied to promptly, every phone call returned the same day, every rant I felt compelled to make consistently every few months was patiently dealt with, and every idea or question I ever had was listened to (as can be imagined lawyers are notoriously difficult clients with many ideas).
Our outcome was truly a miracle given all the obstacles we ran into. In the end we decided to settle to avoid more litigation and an appeal and were very satisfied with the settlement. The settlement was what I had hoped it would be- an amount that would be enough to change my brother’s life although no amount can ever make up for the tragedy suffered. Marc and his team were also able to get the company to retrofit all of their national locations for safety as Marc truly understood how important it was for my family to make sure that other families wouldn’t go through this in the future.
Despite my brother’s injury being one of the toughest events my family and I have ever gone through, I couldn’t have even begun to navigate a lawsuit without the support and help of Marc and his team. They allowed my family and I to focus on my brother’s recovery while they dealt with litigation-somehow always knowing when we needed to be left alone and removed from the dramas of litigation and when it was critical to keep us involved and engaged in the decision making. Marc and Kathleen are not just lawyers- they are true and zealous advocates for their clients. It takes a very special type of person to practice this type of law so ethically and with so much compassion, patience, dedication, professionalism, and ability- and Marc and Kathleen are those type of people. Timothy was amazing. I called him on the phone and he told me some really funny jokes. I knew this was the lawyer for me. We met at a poolhall to discuss my case. I offered to buy him a drink, but he politely declined. We ordered some pizza, and the waitress got the order wrong and brought us buffalo wings. I was pretty mad and was about to complain but Timothy told me to relax. It's evident that he really respects people. I gave Timothy a high five and he told me about some great movies. We also talked a bit more about my case. In the end, Timothy said that he couldn't take my case for personal reasons. I was a bit saddened by this but I understood. I hired Mr. Elwell after getting arrested on DWI. I was referred to him by a trusted friend who is experienced in DWI cases. I proceeded to have him handle my DWI case, as well as my ALR case. After the ALF hearing, I received notification that I had won the case and my license DID NOT get suspended after hearing from multiple people that those cases are almost impossible to win.
