Sarah had taken over my case in the middle of it. I was very frustrated with my original attorney, so when Sarah took over it was a breath of fresh air. She was diligent about returning any phone calls or emails that I sent her. She also put a lot of time and effort into my case to get me Fair compensation. She also has a very good bedside manner. Let's hope I don't need another attorney, but if I did, I would hire her.

Steve advocated for me after a major rear-end accident that left me with a great deal of injuries, pain and suffering.
Through his representation I was able to table the claim side of things and focus solely on healing/recovery. There was always a solid and high level of communication.
I always felt heard, valued and supported. When I finished treating Steve was able to articulate my injuries, pain and suffering so well that he tendered policy limits from the at fault driver and both UIM insurances available.
His advocacy means that I will not be in debt to this accident that was no fault of mine. My lost wages are covered, medical expenses covered and I have an added monetary cushion should I ever need to revisit treatment on any of my injuries.

Lindy attorney handled my personal injury lawsuit where I was not at fault. When the car accident occurred, I contacted attorneys I knew through my line of work for a referral, and multiple attorneys referred me to Lindy and said she was a bulldog. That proved true. Don’t call someone from a sign, because they don’t have the experience and you’d only be a statistic to them. Lindy educates the client on their options, directs them correctly, and handles everything on the back end to relieve all the stress. The day I retained her, the insurance companies were no longer allowed to hassle me. She is the legal shield and knows what she is doing. In my dicusssions with her, she seems to have more knowledge about personal injury than some doctors! She exemplifies fill confidence and is also a good trial attorney. While being in the middle of an overwhelming situation, any personal injury client of Lindy’s is going to completely taken care of. Because of Lindy’s expertise, her ability to make the client feel entirely comfortable, and her strength in dealing with both the car insurance companies and the medical insurance companies, I would confidently put Lindy up for being the legal counsel for any personal injury client. I’m sure that her non-personal injury clients would feel the same.

I called Rex the day before I had court. I was in a panic because I had been talking to another attorney and not much was happenening. Rex stated that he would see me at the court house the next day. We chatted about the case for a minute and I was so relieved just by talking to Rex. He assured me that He would be there again. I really looked around for the best defense attorney I could find, came across Matt Jube on the consultation I liked how he had spoke an how he seen things similar to me, I was skeptical on who to hire at the time and went with him, case was over a year ago but he did an awesome job at times I was concerned that things would change as most attorneys say alot of things an down the line it changes an they don’t stand on what they are saying, but Matt came through to the end and it was consistent with a lot things he was telling me! Bottom line up front- James D. “Mitch” Vilos is the real deal. He got my gun rights back in a very challenging situation.
I found Mitch several years after my original case wrapped up when I was attempting to get my gun rights back. The attorney that referred me to him stated, “Mitch literally wrote the book on gun rights in Utah”.
From the very beginning the man was a straight shooter. After listening to the basic outline of my case, he informed me that he felt we had a way to win, gave me a timeline and made it perfectly clear that it would ultimately be the judge’s decision but that he would make the strongest case possible.
His preparation (including preparing me for court), communication, discretion, expertise on the subject matter and responsiveness were second to none. He is honest in his dealings and even his billing was precise.
Going into the final court date, Mitch had to deal with an opposing motion from the district attorney’s office but ultimately, Mitch won the case. All charges were reduced, and gun rights were restored. He had extreme preparation and understanding of all aspects of my case.
The man is an absolute professional and I am very grateful and blessed that I found him.

Where to even start, Benjamin Larson is your guy if you’re looking for a bulldog who is aggressive, knowledgeable, honest and fights hard for your rights. He gets the work done, he isn’t someone who talks himself up, but he is someone who will be completely honest on what he can do. My case was up against another extremely hard attorney, and Ben made it look so easy. He fought for me, he heard me out, he didn’t take no crap. Ben had a strategy and ultimately it won my case. Finding a honest attorney is never easy, finding someone you can trust with all you have is rare, BUT Ben was an easy YES. Mr. Kramer had my case for several months before he 'changed his mind' and dumped my case. I sustained a brain injury and neck/back trauma. Mr. Kramer explained that he liked the easy, 'clean' cases. My case was too messy, so after months of representative, he quit. He never spoke to my doctor, and he never attempted to settle my case. He also slowed my treatment by insisting that I wait for a neuropsychologist until he found one for me. He didn't want me going to just anyone. So that treatment was delayed by a couple of months. Mr. Kramer is not a man of his word. In my case, as a client, I meant nothing to him.

I had a court case back in 2008 and Robert Miner represented me. Fast forward 11 years and the court had put a warrant out for me, saying I had not turned something in. It was so ridiculous. Even though so much time had passed and he was no longer representing me, he still was very responsive to my emails and phone calls, and assisted me pro bono in getting my case dismissed. Awesome lawyer that really cares, even 11 years later.

My mom was accused of 3 ridiculous charges and she was petrified she was going to go to jail for these charges for making a split second decision to smack our fence and two fence boards fell out. She panicked when she was told she needed to appear before a judge for criminal mischief and trespassing and animal cruelty, all of which were trumped up charges by some hotshot new cop. She called her divorce attorney Tom King who HIGHLY recommended Rob to her. She called the number and was so surprised/impressed that Rob himself answered the phone and she told him what happened and he immediately calmed her down. She met with him for her free consult and immediately hired him on the spot. He came to pick she and I up before every court appearance and talked us through everything and was upfront and honest. We were always in and out of every court appearance so quick. He got her 2 of her misdemeanors dropped and got her one down to probation for one year. He was great in calming my mom down and talking us through every step of the way so we have no surprises. I would recommend Rob to anyone with any criminal charge no matter how big or small. He was worth every dime that she paid him!

...Greg Wall’s office shouts, “Get the hell out!” Unprofessional: Stood me up in court. Refused calls. Lost paperwork repeatedly, until I started emailing instead.
Unapologetic: Wasted the entire time until, on the last day, I switched to Scott Brown and Brian Coutts who won $200,000 in a short period of time for about the same cost.
Greg Wall made NO effort until it came time to collect his $30,000+ for doing nothing.
I would love to meet these other people who gave him 5 stars. I suspect they’re members of his church ward.

Greg represented me on my divorce modification. He did a
wonderful job representing me. He was very clear in where I stood and rather than making any promises he just got the job done. His experience shows in the way he handled my case. My x-wife's attorney was very difficult to deal with and rather than thumping his chest and making matters worse he handled her in a very cool and calm matter. Greg did everything he could to avoid going to trial and he succeded not only in that outcome, but getting everything resolved fairly. I was very pleased with the way everything was settled. Thought he was a good lawyer, went through depositions in a personal injury case. Ryan and Christian Burridge abandoned me after that, never heard from them again, until mr. Burridge notified me he was withdrawing from my case leaving Ryan as my council. I tried to call him with the number provided, facebook, every means I could think of. I finally gave up, but I would suggest you seriously reconsider if your thinking of hiring him. You would never know if he abandoned you too. I would have been ok if he a least told me he needed to drop the case, but nothing, really. Not professional.

I had some criminal charges that were affecting my license with DOPL. I consulted with Ryan and he not only helped me save my professional license, he worked on the criminal case to get the charges dismissed.
