I started to used Rhonda after my divorce was final and there were items in the MSA that were not being followed. She is an incredible attorney that gets things done quickly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate the most is that I do not have to wait long for a response; many times you are waiting and re-calling/checking on items. She works fast to get things accomplished. I know whatever I bring to her she will take care of in the best way possible and in a timely manner.

Overall, Thomas is 100%. Watch out for last-minute deals when he gets you to sign something at the very last minute that he doesn’t warn you about they can actually define your reputation for the rest of your life. Don’t sign up for anything with Thomas until you get the fine letter print at least a week before you go to court because once you’re in court and you’re up against that…
Overall, he’s a great attorney, but at the last minute when you think everything is wrapped up and a pretty little package, he will disturb you and make you sign something that you wish you never had signed off on.

I gave them 1 star because I called to get my remaining balance to pay off. Their accounting person was awful and rude. She did not know what the fees are being charged for nor the remaining balance that I would had to speak to the lawyer handling the case to get the final balance. That was fine but why be nasty and rude if clients are asking. They really need to train their front office or accounting staff better customer service or how to properly talk to clients better. My husband called a second time and asked to speak to a specific paralegal or lawyer involved in the case to get the final balance and they mistakenly transferred him to this accounting person they had again. She was soo rude and spoke to us both slowly like you are talking to a 1st grader like we did not speak any English. I do not know if it’s because of our last name but we both were born in the states so there was no need to belittle people that are trying to pay off their remaining balance. Makes me think she speaks to all foreigners this way and everybody should be spoken with respect regardless what race, former or current client. We will not be using them ever again for any services knowing they have rude and nasty accounting or front office staff that are not properly trained. I will also be telling others I know about this awful experience.

My 19 year old son was traveling home from a Virginia Tech football game on a late Saturday night in November 2024 when he was pulled over going 89 / 65 -- Reckless Driving -- which comes with very steep consequences in Virginia. Even though we live 3 hours away from the Roanoke area where he was pulled over, we were easily able to find and secure the services of Mr. Kevin Gick based on his superior and well-deserved online reviews, and he did not disappoint. I hired them to issue a Green Card for my mother-in-law. During the process there were the problem with the incorrect documents issued by the other country and rejected by US visa center. Neither of the parties can give any guidance on how to proceed and the case was stuck for almost a year. I received a very high speeding ticket while detouring through Virginia, which is a class one misdemeanor. When I got home to NC I called attorney's in the Hillsville area and left info. I would personally recommend the Jackson Law Group for any matters involving traffic court. I worked with Mr. Brogan Bowman, who was extremely responsive and helpful. He helped me reduce my speeding ticket assessed in Hillsville (79 in a 65) to a non moving violation that resulted in no points. Brogan is an amazing attorney. When I told him my sons case, he was caught speeding at a pretty excessive speed, but the conviction would ruin his life as in VA it's criminal. Brogan worked miracles and got my son to pay a fine, community service, and a driving course. We are from out of state and although heard horror stories of traffic laws in VA, never imagined speeding would be criminal. Thank you so much for hearing me and understanding our situation. But most importantly recognizing sometimes teenagers are just that and do stupid things. 10000% recommend this attorney.

I feel extremely lucky to have found Keith Marcus after my dog and I were attacked by a huge Dogo Argentino with no owner in sight. Against the odds, and counter to what I was told by all the other lawyers I spoke with beforehand, he was able to obtain compensation for my dog's injuries and his life-saving treatments, which ended up costing thousands of dollars. This is remarkable in a state such as Virginia, which has very lenient laws regarding owners of dogs who attack other dogs. My dog and I will be forever grateful to this man.

Hiring Andrew Taylor as my attorney was the best decision I made when filing for divorce. My case was complicated, including numerous filings and hearings leading to a multi-day trial related to my divorce, child custody and support. He also handled my J&DR Court hearings to secure a Protective Order for my children and I. Andrew knows the law thoroughly and his experience in the courtroom meant he gave me very sound advice. After trying diligently to settle with the other side, it became clear we would have to go to trial. This meant months strategically prioritizing and timing the work on discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, coordination with the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), minor children testifying to the judge in chambers, and supplementary legal negotiations. Andrew and his paralegal, Shannon, expertly managed all of this. They are truly good people and a delightful team: I trust them implicitly.
Prior to my divorce trial, I presented Andrew with a 20-point list of what I wanted the judge to grant me. Mr. Brian Drummond came highly recommended to my family by a trusted friend, and we now know why. Mr. Drummond is an outstanding lawyer and human. He supported our family when both of my sons were dealing with 2 different court issues in 2 different counties at the same time.
He quickly responded to my many messages and questions and continually went above and beyond to support my boys in their different situations! Both court issues ended with the best outcome possible thanks to his knowledge and fantastic pre-court advice.
He treats his clients with respect, humor, and empathy.

I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell was the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case.
I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on
the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about.
From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. With his help and his staff I did not feel alone anymore. They fought for me and did everything they could to get me the treatment I needed and to be able to walk out of this accident with something to start a new life. I though my life was over when I had my accident but Mr. O'Donnell and his staff should me that It was not and that there was many things I can do after the accident. He saved my life. He is a very honest and caring attorney that will do all in his power to makes things right and to fight for his client's rights. He did an amazing job for me and I am grateful that found him. I appreciate all the hard work he did for me.

He is an amazing Lawyer with amazing staff as well. Words are not enough to describe how Tom in handling our case for a wrongful death of our son. He is the best lawyer out there! He kept us in the loop from the start to finish. Explains all the things we needed to know and so easy to communicate with. He responds with all our inquiry right away. He lightened our load in some way so to speak by not stressing us out throughout the process but was working hard for our case to be done in a way we will not be stressed, but him working dedicatedly. Only few like him that shows genuine concern and dedication not just to our case but to us and our family. Very professional and with excellent work ethics. Very knowledgeable and smart. My two young daughters like him a lot that they asked us to give him something to remember them all the time , a build the bear that they dressed up just like him. I met and retained Mr. Smith in early 2009 to represent me in a medical malpractice claim. That claim was subsequently settled through mediation in early 2011. It is difficult to put into words how appreciative I was having Mr. Smith as my attorney. He was extremely knowledgeable (not only regarding legal issues, but also in understanding the multiple medical issues I was having), highly professional at all times, was able to explain every step of the process to me so I (as a non-attorney) understood what was being done from start to finish, and was just an all-around compassionate and highly competent professional.
