I had received a speeding citation from a cop in Pierce county. I went online to try and find an attorney to represent me. I stumbled upon Michael Sheehans reviews and saw he had helped a lot of people. I decided to have him represent me and he did not disappoint. He got my speeding citation dismissed in court and I had to pay nothing to the courts at all! He was a lifesaver for my future career and I appreciate it! It may take alittle time because of the backups in the courts system, but give Michael time and he will not disappoint you. Thank you again Michael for getting rid of the citation.

In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.

There is nice or pleasant, and then there is kind. Elizabeth (intake personnel) and Leslie Baze (partner / attorney) were both. In scheduling for a consult, Elizabeth worked with Leslie, who accommodated me into her schedule sooner rather than later when it seemed like first available would’ve been the following week. The intake was painless but thorough, and Leslie didn’t make me repeat myself twice or retell the story to her; which I seriously appreciated and is something I haven’t experienced at with other firms. Leslie efficiently and thoroughly reviewed the details of my case, asked great clarifying questions, and took the time to explore all avenues of solution. She’s clearly incredibly intelligent, remembering and doing quick math based on numbers mentioned once, and informing me how to proceed forward with or without her involvement. There’s a “bedside manner” for attorneys that lends someone dignity when they are feeling vulnerable without coddling or making false promises, and this firm has it in spades. 10/10 would work with them again.

I have seen Mary Schultz try cases off and on—a lot of lawyers and others in the court system come to watch when she’s there. Amazing presence. Never overdone. I met with Elizabeth in November 2019. I had been recently let go from my dental job shortly after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. I had worked in the dental field for 35 years and was 61 years old. I had received an email from my former employers letting me know that I was no longer employed at their dental practice. You can only imagine the panic I felt not to mention the deep betrayal from a group of doctors that I thought were supporting me during my battle. In my consultation, I knew imediately that Elizabeth would be the attorney to represent me. Her professionalism was above and beyond what would be expected from an attorney of her caliber. However, it was her unwavering compassion and fierceness that let me know she would fight to the end to right the wrong that had been undeservedly done to me. Elizabeth put me at ease and let me know that under no circumstance was this appropriate behavior and totally unacceptable, that having a disability I had rights and they had disregarded these rights. There was absolutely no reason to warrant tossing me aside as if I didn't matter or assuming that I would not be able to continue doing my job to the fullest extent. They put you through an inital intake process which is positive. I wanted a quick end to my divorce and was happy to compromise to make it happen. Our goals seemed to align.
Unfortunately this firm provided poor council during the first phone call with the attorney. Luckily this did not lead to a financial move that would have put me in violation of a court order. Later the attorney wanted me to provide documentary evidence he had previously advised against in an aparent 180. Such documentation was previously claimed to put me in legal liability. What can I believe?
Very disappointing.
Divorce is tough enough. I hired an attorney becuase I am no legal expert and I wanted a quick, mediated end to my marriage. Instead I get bad and changing advice. Plenty of good reviews of these guys. Hope I'm an outlier.
