I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Melissa Wilson and her staff. I needed a caring and compassionate group of people to represent me at a critical time in my life. She and her staff were always there for me and always in my corner. If you want an ethical and informed law Firm , Advocate Law is the place to represent you!

I hired Jenny Salvia as my family lawyer this was the worst experience ever. The other side ways came out winning she did not fight for my in childsupport court instead i was order to pay and i owe 17,000 in back child support and im order to pay 249 for one child living off ssdi in family court nothing was done because she said she couldn’t find any other person involved to bring them in to court but didnt argue the fact that they should be held contempt for not coming to court in the child support case i missed it because I didn’t know about it although she said she reach out via email and phone but sent nothing to my known address the was on the original filing also unprepared at family court proceedings and she treated me like she wasnt on my side in my case i paid her before and felt like nothing got done with that money then she wants 2000 more to take me case but done nothing in my family case its back a square one like before dont use the company unless you want the other said to a the upper hand

Finally being done with my divorce after such a long battle has been such a relief. If it weren’t for Attorney Wilson and Tina B, I don’t know what would have happened. I always felt welcome when I was in office. I can’t thank them enough. I definitely recommend their services. I couldn’t have found a more caring group of people to take care of me and my children.

Should be a zero star. I was a client going on a decade. This was my second time using this law group. Melissa will never see you face to face to go over your case. She will treat you as a ward of the state and rightfully so. I was railroaded by my attorney melissa Wilson and my ex wife’s attorney. It all stemmed from a false allegation from my ex. She called her attorney and her attorney called Miss Wilson. Miss Wilson then called me but I was busy and couldn’t answer from the private resctricted number she always calls from. So she assumed I was guilty and wasn’t going to be able to do what “the state” requires of me and she withdrew from my case without my consent or permission. Absolute joke of a law office. The only truly good soul in that building is Ben. Martha is nice but she’s just protecting her interest which is her job working for Miss Wilson. What your office did to me should be a crime. I will be submitting a complaint on your bar and the judge on this case is going to get a lot of information regarding what your law firm did to me. A client of 10 years just thrown in the trash. I submitted my own motion and you’re going to find out Melissa why my first case I gave you was so easy. It was because I did all the work up to the last document. The ucc-1 filing. Well I know how to do that now. You’re going to stay on my case whether you like it or not :) And if you don’t do a good job. I’ll just file a formal report on your bar with evidence that you colluded with opposing counsel. Also you committed perjury by stating to the court that I consented to your withdrawal when I did not at any point do so verbally or on paper in fact the opposite is true. I told you and Martha I do not consent to your withdrawal. You want me to take my review down? Do your job. See me in person and actually get my side of the story.

Mellissa Wilson was the attorney for my divorce and it was the worst experience of my life, on top of an already bad experience I was going through. She Never kept me updated or called me or informed me of anything that was going on. She was very hard to get in touch with and would Never return my calls. I basically did all her work for her. She was Always late, rude, and very short in her respinses. I Never felt cared for at all, especially at one of the most vulnerable times of my life. To this day, almost 10 yrs. From now she atill hasn't filed my divorce papers. According to Bartow court house, I am still married. I highly reccomend you go elsewhere if your seeking professionalism, and peace of mind in one of the most vulnerable times of your life!! Melissa Wilson should not be practicing law, in my opinion. Melissa is wonderful. She had my interest and offered great counsel. Would only recommend her.

Hired her to represent me in a hearing for a restraining order..... She never saw me one time only sent messages through her Employees. I took her 3 inches of documentation. I had to subpoena my own witnesses to court and she never spoke to them or me till right before we walked into the hearing. Needless to say we didn't win Because she didn't have a clue what was going on with my case. Two thousand dollar retainer, never filed a document, and the judge who'd been hearing my case had to recuse himself. Court documents verify all of this...

Used Ms Wilson for my divorce and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Aggressive and I'm pretty sure the ex wife's attorney was scared to let it go to trial, I got everything I wanted which means I kept all my retirement, house and custody of the kids. Worth every penny!

If I could give zero stars I would have fun getting to talk to anyone im 9 days away from my court date and they still refuse to pick up the phone.
