Can't ever get through to anyone at the front desk. When you do you get told to call back basically just the run around. My court date is in 2 days and I don't know how someone is supposed to properly represent my case when they've never looked over the details or spoke to me. Ugh

Melissa and her team were fantastic to work with and made the experience a pleasant process. Martha and Alexis were always responsive and guided me through the process. I highly recommend Advocate Law Firm as they are a great team, because they pay attention and support you all the way through the process.

Melissa does not listen to her clients ! I followed the proper procedure and documented 2 years of change as the law requires- and she basically called me petty for keeping track and not “helping “ the other parent when my schedule and life was the one being messed up completely ! Something would happen between my ex and I and all she would do is throw motions that would get denied and charge me 1500 each time ! Not one productive thing done but drown me of money and with little to no communication.Worst lawyer ever ! Scolded me like I was a child in court when it was my first time ever meeting her ! I would not recommend her ! Does not explain anything or how she will proceed with handling the case and throws paper work and motions like a bully lawyer instead of a smart lawyer looking out for her clients. Which again - got denied. Like BABY GIRL - I hired you for one job - I provided you with accurate documentation—and you still can’t do it right. New staff each time I called. Ridiculous. I can’t wait to go to law school and hopefully go against her in court 😒😒 she has alpha female issues!

If you want a shark of a lawyer Melissa and her associates Tina and Martha are the people you want on your team!!! They explains everything and respond quickly and efficiently!

Not only was it impossible to get through or get a call back, my case was passed around through multiple attorneys, no one bothered to help prepare for the trial, I was asked to pick and write up my own questions for witnesses, and my rights being violated was apparently not important or worth their time. They don't even properly provide court information until minutes before a court date.They allowed dcf to lie on stand more than once while knowing I was in possession of paperwork proving them wrong. Over all eve Greenberg and her associates were the most useless thing about my entire case. Would have done better with a chimp to represent me. At least the chimp wouldn't complain that their workload doesn't allow them adequate time for all of their cases.

Great place with amazing staff! Melissa and her team will definitely get the job done. Julie and the rest of the staff were very helpful.

I came to Mr. Josh Schoen with someone stealing my lottery ticket. Mr Schoen went to trial and won my case. No questions asked he is one of the most straight forward and best attorneys around Polk County. He went up to bat for me and won. Thank you Mr. Schoen for all you have done for me. Joshua Schoen with Advocate Law firm represented me on my case. Not only did he say he would fight for me and my rights, he fought on my behalf AND WON!!!!
