Juliana was extremely patient and thorough with us as first time home buyers. It was an unusual process given the COVID-19 pandemic just starting, but she was able to reassure our needs and help set up a mobile closing without any issues. Her comps in our area were spot on with the value of the house, which helped us save quite a bit of money when it came to the bidding process. Her recommendation for our mortgage company was tremendous (Danny S @ CrossCountry Mortgage) in getting us an all-time low interest rate. Juliana has now helped 2 of my family members with purchasing of homes (including myself) and is working on a 3rd & 4th at the moment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Juliana Gaita!!!!

All is can say is wow. Juliana and Lisa were amazing and very patient while dealing with my divorce. I was being bullied by my exes lawyer and was being forced into doing things that I wasn’t aware that I didn’t need to do. Once I retained Juliana and Lisa that stuff stopped right away. They both are very tough but compassionate too. They stayed on top of the case from day 1 until it was over. They both explained everything to me as far as pros and cons regarding each decision I was making. I can honestly say that they saved my life in more ways than one. I have 50/50 split when it comes to my kids. I have never regretted retaining them from the first time I spoke with the both of them.

Hired Elaine for a divorce in 2014. She was very professional and kept the lines of communication going through all phases of the process. She really cared about what happened to me and did her job thoroughly. Reasonable rates and kept great records. Explained the law to me when I would make suggestions or wanted something to happen so we wouldn't waste our time or could get something done. Will end up hiring her again if needed for child support re-evaluation and if anything else comes up with my Ex.
