I recently had a probate issue in Florida and Ellis Law Group was recommended to me by my Maryland attorney. I worked with Ashton Malkin on the case. He was always professional, kept me up to date on what needed to be done, and completed our business in a very timely manner. All of the paperwork was clearly labeled and explained to me throughout the process. As I do not live in Florida, it was nice to have someone there who looked after my case without my having to prompt him. I highly recommend Ellis Law Group and Mr. Malkin in particular.

We recently worked with Ellis Law Group on a complex estate issue. We had several law firms to choose from, but after our interviews it was clear that not only were the folks at Ellis highly knowledgeable on estate issues, but that they were caring people. And as we started to work with the firm, our impressions from the interview were more than reinforced. The attorney's and staff we dealt with were expert in what they were doing, they took a great deal of burden off of us, kept us fully informed, and answered all of our questions clearly and quickly. Most importantly from our perspective (our not living in Florida) they were always available to answer our questions and give clear and good advice whenever we had to make decisions. They would, in fact, superlative guides. And yes, we paid for all this service, but we always felt we were getting a great deal for what we paid, and that we were fully informed, consulted, and part of a team. Finally, everyone we dealt with at Ellis Law Group was very pleasant, friendly, and nice to deal with. The bottom line is that we got outstanding service from experts who care about clients.

I would give this law form 0 stars however -1 is the lowest , but here is my review Harris hung on me - a disabled veteran - when trying to receive my deed. His staff told me they were not obligated to give me the paper. After I called back Harris, calling me “bro” said he mailed it and fulfilled his obligation. Zero attention to detail, very little professionalism and in the end no resolution was established because he was too busy “bro’n” me. Please if your a veteran do not use this firm. I am a veteran from The 82nd 2/504 and the professionalism shown my Harris and his staff is a NO-GO - I even explained that I need the deed to submit my packet for a grant modifying my home to aid my disability. he laughed when I told him I would be leaving a review.
