Harris formed an LLC for me on very short notice, for the purpose of acquiring an investment property. Issues arose during the negotiation of the purchase agreement and Harris had no problem devoting his complete energy to the resolution of these issues, including after hours. He handled the closing for me without the necessity of my appearing and everything went as smoothly as silk. Harris is as efficient and competent a lawyer as you would ever want to hire, and I know, because I am myself an attorney with 45 years experience!
