Whatever you do don't trust Steven this guy will not represent you he won't care about you he just wants his money. Even after that he will just want more money. He doesn't take anything to heart or have passion for what he does I've dealt with a lot of attorneys but never one that was as lazy and as arrogant. Who text me at 4:00 in the morning to tell me we can't move forward anymore when he's done nothing to begin with except collect money. Get a different attorney if you're considering using this guy.

I began an unlawful detainer as an individual. Petitioner vs defendant through the court system. As it got closer to the trial date I kind of felt a little uneasy about how things were going to happen. I started feeling a little uneasy and decided it was best to find an attorney. I spent several days at the courthouse going around in circles around in circles a little unsure of what I should have done that I didn't do. I gave Steven a call and that was the best move I made. The filing of the unlawful detainer was incorrect. Steven stepped right up and saved me. The night before the trial. He corrected my mistake and everything went very smoothly. I came from out of state to handle an eviction. I got started on the eviction I thought I was doing pretty good but then near the middle I decided I needed a lawyer.
