Five stars are not enough. Mark and his team were fantastic from start to finish. From my first consultation call with Mark, I could tell I called the right attorney. I am quite certain that without their intervention, my wife's Baker Hold would have lasted longer than 72 hrs. Mark maintained constant communication, both by phone and email, with me through the entire process. He was forthright with information, which under these circumstances can be hard to hear. Our last conversation was with me and my wife as we drove home from the facility. I hope I never need their services again, but if I'm ever find myself in this situation again, I'm calling this group. I can't recommend Mark and his team strong enough.

Mark was a godsend for our family after a family member was Baker Acted by a very aggressive hospital and refused to let us communicate or see our loved one. He was definitely the person we needed and we are forever grateful.

Mark helped my family when we were in a time of great need. He was available after hours and over a holiday weekend. Bailey, a paralegal on his amazing team, wrote a 7-page rockstar legal brief in about 90 minutes. Nothing boilerplate about it, truly in-depth, personalized and well thought-out. I cannot express how much help your legal team was to us. There is a corrupt “behavioral health” system out there in the state of Florida motivated by big profits through insurance fraud at the expense of the unlawful imprisonment of everyday citizens. It’s really a shame. Call Mark’s team early and before it’s too late. They’ll tell you 72 hours, but the 72 hours will end and your loved ones will not be released. They’ll be held under lock and key and you’ll be powerless to do anything about it or control the treatment plan unless you call Mark’s team. I wish there was a better way but the system is broken. Extremely rude. I asked why the consultation fee is so expensive at $350 for the hour or 30 minutes. And I was hung up on by Mark. I have been in the construction business for over a decade and have used legal services regularly. I know lawyers aren't known for their people skills, but to just hang up on a customer with a question Is new to me. Update, got a call back from Mark who only proceeded to insult me for a poor review. I know we all have bad days, but Mark could have apologized and asked me to remove the negative review. Update: Called another lawyer. She listened to me for about 10 minutes and solved my legal problems. Then refused my pay, because it was so "easy" to fix my legal issue.

I highly recommend attorney Jacquelyn Hill if you have been injured in an accident. She is a compassionate advocate that fights hard to get her clients the justice they deserve. Jacquelyn understands what it takes to get the job done and, unlike so many attorneys today, has the courtroom experience to back it up. Hire her and you won't be disappointed.

My experience this past week helping a friend was very difficult to navigate. I needed to research an attorney to help them in their situation and called hours trying to get an attorney for them running into walls at every turn. Mark and his team are utterly amazing. I was in Florida on vacation and was wrongfully put under a baker act. I was transferred to the mental health facility on Wednesday night and he had me discharged by Friday morning. He was prepared to take my case to court, but because he’s an expert at this and has close relationships with people in this industry the mental health facility magically discharged me 15 minutes before we were to appear in front of the judge. They were dragging their feet trying to discharge me and he called the facility and told them they had an hour or he would take him back to court. They were scrambling, but discharged me with literally a minute to spare. I was able to go home to my wife and two beautiful kids. It was an extremely traumatizing experience, but if it wasn’t for Mark and the law firm, I truly believe the facility would’ve tried to keep me there until Monday the earliest and probably two weeks the latest because I have great health insurance. I highly recommend him and his team if you are experiencing the same circumstances. Thank you again and you’ll never know how appreciated you are.
