Erin was very knowledgeable, and efficient. We had a very difficult tenant. We followed Erin's advice to the 'T' and in the end did not even have to go to a hearing as the judge ruled in our favor even after receiving a response from the tenant. The tenant then filed an appeal and the judge denied it in our favor. I would definitely use Erin and Kelley & Grant again. (hopefully I will not need to).
