I have used Kelley & Grant so many times to service all of my rental properties with positive outcomes that I would easily rank them 10 STARS !!! They are quick, knowledgeable and they provide feedback and forms that would cost me a bundle in lost rent and time without. I always know EXACTLY what's going on with my cases (from Broward County to St Lucie County and they go beyond that, too). My evictions start with a simple webpage form , followed with an online payment, and then my progress reports start the same week. They are an A+ member of my team. I feel like Kelley & Grant. Dealing with Kelly and Grant has always been a pleasant experience. Erin seems to be my contact person and she is just awesome.
