I was very impressed with Kelley & Grant, P.A.'s service on their details service and very reasonable pricing! I am a property manager, when one of the tenants did not want to pay the rents and also unwilling to move out voluntarily, one of my colleagues referred me to Kelley & Grant, P.A. to perform the eviction service. I didn't know that when I reside in Orange County, in order to serve the notice to Osceola County that I need to serve a "8 day" notice instead of 3 day. Also, during the eviction proceedings, the tenant made fake documents on deposit slips, lying that they had paid the rents. The staff from Kelley & Grant, P.A. actually stopped by the bank branch office to verify if those fake deposit slips were issued from the bank (naturally they were not). The tenant was really nasty; filed motions to the court a couple of times, and I had to file the police report on their fraudulent actions. So we had a court hearing and the tenant failed to comply with judge's order so the final judgement was in favor of the landlord. Erin Kelly is the best Paralegal a law firm can ever have! She is on top of everything and always keep me posted during the process. When I talked about this case with one of my business colleagues, he said that the law firm must have a very good Paralegal so they can do the great jobs, and that's the fact!!! Attorney Kara Tanis was very much in details and thorough, she guided me through this legal process for the entire time so that I had never felt that we were going to lose the battle. Best of all, their fees are very reasonable; as a property manager, if I need to have some more legal services in the future, I surely will contact Kelley & Grant, P.A. again!
