I had a tenant who was a complete nightmare and would not surrender possession. I searched the web and spoke with some other eviction service company in my area of Pasco county FL. The representative I spoke with acted like he could of cared less. He was rude and condescending. He practically started chastising simply for trying to explain my situation to him, telling me " I do this everyday, I'm telling you what to do and you keep asking me questions like what if this and what if that" in a very upset and condescending tone. The Guy pretty much told me to stop asking questions and write him a check. Thankfully I continued my search and was able to find Kelly and Grant P.A. Right off the bat the person who answered the phone "Lisa" was very welcoming and professional. She patiently listened to my issue and understood my frustrations with my tenant who was blatantly abusing the system and using it to advantage of me. She explained what I needed to do in order for the eviction to run more smoothly and have a better chance of success. Also the cost of my eviction was very reasonable and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and attention I've received with this firm. I highly recommend using Kelley and Grant for all of your eviction needs here in Florida.
