I just concluded my 4th eviction with this firm over the course of my career as a landlord. I am now selling my last 2 properties and retiring. I can say with great confidence that this firm is EXCELLENT. They answer absolutely every question in a timely manner and really take the time to help the landlord understand the court system. I researched several law firms before choosing Kelley & Grant as I needed guidance and assistance with a security deposit issue with my landlord who would not return my deposit nor advise me why. I am so glad and happy I chose them. I sent an e-mail explaining my situation and paralegal, Lisa Murray, immediately e-mailed me back making me at once feel important to them and making me feel very confident in their professional abilities as it related to my situation. This was a fairly low monetary case but Attorney Cory Carano was tough and both he and Lisa handled my case in the most knowledgeable and professional manner you could ask for and procured my entire security deposit plus some.
