For me, closing on a mortgage was one of the most stressful things I have ever been through. By the time my file was handed over to Angie Whitson at Kelly & Grant, PA to schedule the closing, I was worn out and somewhat un-trusting. ANGIE WAS GREAT! She was on top of everything from start to finish and she made it happen! She was not afraid to ask the lender to make corrections nor did she think twice about calling them back until everything was perfect! My closing got complicated on the afternoon that it was scheduled to take place. Not only did my closing agent handle all last minute issues in an expedient manner and enable my wife and I to close, but she stayed at the office until 8 PM to ensure that the transaction was finalized. I highly recommend Kelley & Grant!

As an experienced Realtor for over 12 years..I always think that people will act correctly ......I was renting a property for 2 years and took great care of it .. We decided not to renew the lease for the 3rd year due to the lack of maintenance from the property manager and the home owner who did not took care of multiple items for months...Got to a point that during Christmas we did not even have plumbing for a week. We met with the property manager at the walk through for the purpose of giving him the keys and He said to us...I am not responsible for the walk through..Your landlord is (it took us by surprise that he was meeting us for the walk through and he said not to at the end of showing him how clean the house was and we just left the place thinking that we will receive our security deposit)So we where waiting for it...Yes thousands of dollars...Then on day 28 after moving out the landlord surprised us with a claim on the security deposit for $2,678..REALLY?? and added all bunch of bills such as new kitchen appliances, new driveway pressure cleaning and driveway sealing 1K ...painted the whole house another 1K... I was lucky to meet Jerron from the Kelley & Grant Law firm at a class that they give in my local Board of Realtors...He was very nice from day one...End up deciding for them to represent me on process to get my money back...Cory and Jerron where very knowledgeable on this issues and much more....I received an email back yesterday letting me know that my check for the whole security deposit was waiting for me at their office...Well....Peace of mind when you hire the right people who are looking to do their work and be fair on their fee as well....STRONGLY RECOMMEND JERRON AND CORY FROM KELLEY & GRANT TO ANY ONE THAT OWNS REAL ESTATE TO SELL AND BUY OR ANY ONE THAT NEEDS REPRESENTATION ON THE LANDLORD SIDE.
