I had a wonderful experience closing a recent transaction with Kelley & Grant. We had several major hoops to jump through and I felt confident they were going to help us get the job done. Carrie was on the ball and Angie brought it in for the home run. Even now after closing they are assisting in wrapping up some other business at hand. Would welcome the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

They will really get your eviction done as fast as they can. Maite the paralegal is very professional and responds very quickly.
I had to evict a tricky woman that is an attorney and is an expert scamming people and Kelley & Grant were able to deal with her.

Kelley & Grant was recommended by our property manager and we can see why. They were very responsive and clearly knew what was needed. Since I had never been through this process, they were patient and took the time to answer my many questions. We ended up not needing them for very much since our tenant moved out and we did not need to evict, but we covered all the bases just in case. Even after the tenant moved out, they sent information on what we need to do without me asking.
