I write my review on a personal level. Michael was introduced to me by my mother. Michael handled a matter for my mother who was elderly and not used to retaining counsel. Michael not only handled her case for her, successfully, he treated her with dignity and kindness. Since Michael's representation of my mother, I have referred Michael to numerous friends needing his legal help. Each of my friends has always thanked me for referring Michael, they have been very pleased and always comment on Michael's patience and understanding their difficult time. I wanted to send him a gratuity gift and he said better I should give it to a charity organization in the community. I rate this person 100%. The truth is I cannot thank this person enough because when I went to one attorney he said I need to do many things which in the end would equate to a very large sum of money our business needed to spend. When I spoke to Mr. Kaskel I said to me what the lawyer wants you to do if for those with estates and you do not need all of those things he is talking about. He stayed on the phone with me and did the LLC with me. Mr. Kaskel is a family person with a wonderful wife and children. I am happy to support him in any way.
