I recently had all my estate documents redone by Dana Laganella Gerling of the Gerling Law Group. At our initial free consultation Dana reviewed all of my existing documents and asked questions that I hadn't thought of. She outlined what work she would be doing for me and, very importantly, let me know what the total cost would be. Very professional and competent. They go the extra step to ensure complete service and makes it uneventful and easy. In one case, our mortgage company, Navy Federal Credit Union, on several occasions, asked for items that appeared unreasonable, above and beyond what other Mortgage companies required. Affordable Attorney took on the burden and essentially did everything without my having to make calls or be exercised in any way. All I had to do was give permission to make it happen. Fees were also reasonable.
