I needed to have a Revocable Living Trust, Wills and Deed documents prepared so I contacted Mr Rodney Gerling as I was very pleased with his services about 10 years ago.
Mr. Gerling was very knowledgeable, informative and explained everything to my understanding. He also prepared these documents in a timely manner and he was very affordable.
Mr. Gerling and staff was very professional, courteous, and also took the time to answer my questions. I want to thank them all for their valuable time.

Affordable attorneys was recommended to us by a friend who had his trust , wills etc done. Rod did not disappoint. He made everything clear and simple. He took his time with us and answered all our questions . I also like that he specializes in elder law so we won’t have to find another attorney down the road if need be. We certainly have peace of mind that we have our estate protected and simplified for our heirs. His fees seem to be very reasonable. We highly recommend him and his staff

Gerling Law Offices set up a trust and created a will for my Aunt several years ago. When she recently died she left paperwork telling us to contact Gerling for help with her will and estate. Gerling has refused to respond to our calls and has indicated that they are too busy to take on more work. My lovely deceased Aunt hired Gerling Law Offices in good faith that they would provide help (for a fee) to her family when she passed and they did not. Her estate was a small one, she didn't have much money and I suspect the lawyers at Gerling didn't want to be bothered.
