Attorney Marla Stewart Owczarek guided me through the process and prepared the documents needed for a RevocableTrust, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate, Living Will and Pour Over Will. The price for producing the documents was very reasonable. I can rest easy knowing the forms were prepared by a licensed attorney and the forms are all legal in the state of Florida. I highly recommend the Gerling Law Group to anyone needing help with estate planning.

Terrible experience with this firm relative to my Aunt's Will. They refused without any explanation to talk to me. The Will itself was poorly written and with gaps, obviously they used a template and did not review for typos or accuracy.
