If you are looking for an aggressive lawyer that is very good at communicating, then Kyle Stalnaker is your bull to bring to the fight. Displeased by my previous representation, Kyle came highly recommended by a friend. Kyle was fierce & unrelenting towards my procrastinating & unreasonable spouse. He is very open and honest about your best options and aggressive towards getting you the best end result. I couldn’t say enough good things about him. I recommend him to anyone I know who needs a family law attorney. His tenacity, knowledge, wit and skill can outmatch any lawyer in practice. You won’t be disappointed.

I have known Mr. TR Smith for over 10 years and his integrity is impeccable! He represented and handled our purchase contract and closing which was VERY complicated! TR negotiated the terms so that all parties were happy and satisfied. He is a lawyer and closing agent! He knows the real estate laws which is very helpful and completed the transaction efficiently. I will use TR Smith again in the future.

Kyle has handled a couple of cases for me. He goes above and beyond and has truly cared about me and my situations. I could not imagine going to another lawyer after being treated so well by someone. My family went through a very difficult time when my dad got sick and Kyle went out of his way to care and check in one me and my dad during this difficult time, with this, shows he cares about his clients as more than just his clients. Not only did he put so much time in my case but he made sure I was okay with each and every issue that came up with it. I have and will recommend Kyle to any one that may need a lawyer or legal advice.

TR and Lyndsey were on top of everything for us. We purchased a home with out a Realtor and even though this was our first time doing so, we felt very comfortable that our interests were being served by The Mackey Law Group. The communication was great and even though I'm sure I had more questions than most, both Lyndsey and TR were there before and after normal hours to make sure I knew where we stood.

I had never been through an auto accident lawsuit before and didn’t know what to expect, Kyle and Cheryl explained everything for me very well. Kyle would talk to me and make me feel better when I would get anxious and inpatient. After we had settled with insurance company and before receiving funds Kyle went above and beyond to help me with a purchase. I would definitely recommend Kyle Stalnaker!!

Peter Mackey and his law firm promised me everything and at the end of the day he produced nothing. Not only is he dishonest and very expensive he won't spend much time on your case and has dropped the ball many times in my own trial not pointing out key evidence or facts. Do yourself a favor and find yourself another Law Group if you actually want to win your trial. There's a reason why there parking lot is empty. He said that he and his employees all park out back but there's never any clients parked in the front... And keep an eye on his detail billing because he likes to pad the bill and before you know your retainer is gone. He charged me for an hour to read a short email from my ex-wife which was a few paragraphs. He also charged me another hour to talk to her on the phone for 20 minutes. He is a very smooth talker and likes to promise you the world and deliver nothing. Sure he won the relocation for me but those are almost impossible to lose unless you're making meth in the kids bedroom. I confronted him how he was padding the bill and he decided to knock off $1,200 , I paid them the remaining amount in full, and then the law firm decided to invoice me for the $1,200 he said he would excuse, after I posted this negative review. Obviously business isn't that good. I never went back to Peter Mackey and never would because of the horrible experience, he's a shyster and a liar... saying that I came back to him for more representation is laughable. Another lie that he responded with is that my ex-wife filed for divorce, but the facts are that I am the petitioner and I'm the one that filed for divorce but he might not know the difference between petitioner and respondent which says a lot about his knowledge. If Peter MacKey and his Law Firm do not stop invoicing me for the $1,200 he promised and also signed a contract stating I would only pay the reduced amount, I will e-filing the appropriate motions in court regarding this issue and also be personally boycotting and picketing in front of his law office. That might scare off the last remaining clients he might have. I see the only good reviews he has is for Real Estate transactions which are simple and straightforward, unlike a trial that needs his full knowledge and attention to details of the facts which you will not get from Peter MacKay and will leave key pieces of evidence out because he forgot and did not prep before the trial. The only thing he's familiar with and would seek his advice on is what tanning lotion to use to get that deep bronze tan he has...

This was the last time I believe goggle reviews. Had to change firms pre-trial. Pete Mackey doesn't keep his word, and likes to talk smack about other attorneys. I wasted my time and money. **1/17 Update on response - Good luck Pete.
