Mr. Legler was a huge help in guiding my daughters after an unfortunate no-fault auto accident. They had some injuries and Mr. Legler worked hand in hand with the insurance company to get them compensation for future expenses. He was very prompt and responsive to our calls and emails. First off lets start with, yes I would highly recommend Alyson Battaglia to be your attorney. My family's need for an attorney all started 3 years ago. When we were rear-ended by a careless driver at high rate of speed. The need for an attorney was the farthest in my mind at that point in time. But shortly after I realized, I wasn't sure what to do, what my rights were and what me and my family were entitled to. My four year old car was a total loss and more importantly myself and family were injured. Luckily a good friend of mine knew Alyson and knew that she would be able to help us figure this all out. It was a long process with multiple attempts from the at fault party's insurance company to try and shortchang us and down play the accident and the resulting injuries. But Alyson knows her stuff and wasn't going to let that happen. Alyson and her staff kept my family and I informed and up to date throughout the entire process. And at the end of it all, I feel she helped us make the best out a terrible unfortunate incident.

Alyson Battaglia worked tirelessly with alacrity to make things right for me. I was traumaticly injured and suffering from a negative outlook and she assured me that my situation would improve. She fought a major insurance company to see that I wasn't financially disabled as well. My positive outcome was as predicted by her. I can't express in words how grateful for my experience with her firm.

I've worked with 6+ attorneys, but none were as professional and on top of things as Edward Murphy. He truly takes care of his clients. I don't recommend anyone else. When you are in physical pain it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions . That, in addition to not understanding a legal process complicates matters even more. Mr Murphy explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. He was reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and effective. Mr Murphy made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome in a previous accident. Mr Murphy was selected on recommendation from my father and was some of the "Best" advice I have ever received. Unfortunately years later I'm dealing with another auto accident and I have no doubt Mr Murphy will do his best!!!
