Ms. Golm is very knowledgable, kind and willing to go above and beyond to assist others. She has closed several real estate deals for my customers and has always taken my calls and provided answers to my questions when needed. For example, recently, an out of state REALTOR in referred a lady to me whose mother had recently passed away and needed to sell her house in Bradenton. Before we could get to that step, she would have to go through probate since a will was not found.
