Well for starters I personally wouldn’t recommend Golm law firm. It’s boils down this I’ve never had/hired an attorney that every time I call I was reminded of the balance on the initial retainer. I contacted Golm firm because I had issue with a company regarding a breach of contract. I sent over the paperwork so that she could review my allegations. Shorty., after I received texts messages that she didn’t understand specifics language within contract.I attempted to explain to her would the players the handle the roof construction and that I could clear up any., again she reminded me of her hourly fee and that retainer nearly exhausted., at this time I ask her if she had filed the CONTEST OF LIEN. She ask for MSFH OWNERS MANUAL., I text it to her, within a hour she called and said that we hadn’t followed MSFH instructions and that she couldn’t help us., I ask would she filed the contest of Lien she agreed and further that construction company break no rules. “ I said the contract states contingent upon state grant approval of 10,000 no construction to be performed. Golm advised that I should maybe seek additional counsel, took her advice, no pun intended through legal service and won removed the lien….

Never called us back

They did a great job communicating the needed steps up until the very end I needed a “witness” which they failed to inform me of until the morning of the signing just minutes before…. That was problematic but otherwise again they did a great job with everything else
