I filed Ch13 in 2015. I have dealt with Courtney Tinsley multiple times throughout the entire process. My discharge was in 2016. Just the other day I encountered an issue with a previous creditor and reached out to Courtney. She gave the necessary paperwork I needed for the creditor to prove that I did pay as I should have.
