Aloha, First I would like to say Golden Law Group are my new BFF. My experience with them is been pleasant, great, awesome, I give this firm 808 STARS! I recommend this law firm to anyone. I call them, Don's Angels, like Charlies Angels 😂. JANELLE, bend over backwards for me with my case and my garnishment she probably did cartwheels too. DIAMOND, kept me from forgetting my appointment which I needed it. JENNIFER, understood my situation when it comes to my payments. COURTNEY, have answered all my questions that I have. I kept putting off filing for ssdi until it was almost too late for me.  I would have an anxiety attack every time I started seriously thinking about it.  My anxiety issues along with a multitude of other health problems were the reasons I needed to apply.   I had actually picked up David Bromley's brochure at my primary care doctor's office over a year before I finally go up enough nerve to call about a free consultation and spoke to a lovely young lady named Jordyn who asked me some questions and ultimately said that they believed they could help me and set up an appointment for me with David. At that appointment David discussed my health issues and my a work history with me and my husband.   He made me feel that I deserved to have ssdi and he believed that I was qualified for it.  He also gave us some advice on some tests and diagnoses I needed to have taken care of. Once I filled out the online ssdi application, his assistant Jessica Moyer became my main point of contact.  Jessica went above and beyond with me reassuring me that all was going well through out the entire process.  She basically held my hand when my anxiety issues would get the best of me. I was one of the 30 to 35 percent who get approved at their initial application.  I believe that the advice I got from David and Jessica was a big part of why I was approved on my initial application.  I also believe that having a successful and experienced ssdi attorney such as David Bromley's name listed as my lawyer let the SSA know that I would keep fighting until I was approved. They know that David is an expert in this area and would not have taken my case if he didn't believe that I was eligible for it. My advice to anyone who is considering filing for ssdi is to call David Bromley for a free consultation.   Do not delay like I did.  I believe that I missed out on several years of benefits by letting my anxiety keep me from applying. David Bromley is very straightforward and will let you know what he believes your chances are and further what you need do to strengthen your case. Where to begin..... Mr. Golden gave us HOPE. We had a unique situation (unique to us), and he took the time to look at it from all sides before deciding that it was "workable." The entire process would not have been possible without the support of Mr. Golden and his amazing staff. Big hugs to the "J" girls and also to Courtney and Kim. A failed business left us bankrupt with no hope of ever recovering. Don's expertise allowed us to emerge in a stronger position than we could've imagined. As my husband and I are nearing the end of our bankruptcy (1 payment left after 5 years!!), I want to thank The Golden Law Group, particularly Courtney Tinsley. The waters of bankruptcy are very difficult to navigate and I can say, without a doubt, we could never have been successful without Courtney's endless devotion to us. There was never a question unanswered and all answers were provided in an extremely timely manner. I am writing on behalf of K. Hanna, in my position as her caretaker. From the initial visit when David visited Kim at the house (she was incapacitated) , through and including our appearance at the SS hearing, the assistance provided by David and his incredible staff has turned an unpleasant experience into a learning and tolerable one. David was a source of calmness to Kim and myself as we found ourselves wading in unknown waters. His professional demeanor at the hearing; the fact that he had all documents marked and ready for the Judge was most impressive. We would especially like to call attention to the professionalism, understanding, promptness in response, explanations and personal attention provided by Jessica Moyer, Executive Administrator. There were times when even though Jessica was buried in work, she still took the time to quickly respond to my queries. We most definitely would recommend The Golden Rule Group to anyone in need of their specialized services.

Do NOT use him. He messed up my entire filing! He did not tell me about a third option to keep my car. He told me that I will have no problem getting an apartment after the discharge, I got rejected and they told me I cannot qualify for an apartment until 2 years after the discharge! Good thing I didn't put in my notice yet or I wouldn't have a place to live! He also did not protect my tax refund or tell me that they could take it and they are taking 80%! My new attorney is now begging the trustee for mercy! Worse experience of my life. He messed up my car, my apartment, and my refund!

We have been treated very well by the entire staff at The Golden Law Group. Whenever we have a question or need information everyone we speak to hears us, and gives/finds the answer with little to no delay.
