I have done business with Mr. Berke for over ten years. Mr. Berke has been an absolute professional and I would highly recommend Mr. Berke to anyone looking for a great attorney.

My daughter is 35 and every time we tried to get her social security she kept getting denied although her Dr, psychiatrist and DORS felt there was no reason with all her issues she shouldn't be getting it. We finally appealed and got the Berke law firm to handle the case. Dina and Melissa kept us informed all the way. We were constantly emailing back and forth and never once made me feel like I was a nuisance, more like someone finally was on our side. At trial Mr. Berke was very impressive with the questions he presented as well as advocating for my daughter's needs and disabilities. I thank them for what they did for us as I've often worried what will happen after I pass of I can't get her the ssi. One thing off my plate of worries. I first want to say thank you to Dina, Melissa, and Mr. Berke for standing by me and helping me through this process. It was very difficult at times to understand. I am so grateful I was referred by Mr Zelmam. His words were, "I hear they do a very good job over there." The process would have been much harder for me to say the least, without their guidance. Our Family wants to Thank you for the outstanding work you did in handling my Daughters SSDI/SSI Claim. Per, Multiple Doctors who Recommended & encouraged, I became a Court Appointed Co-Guardian Advocate of Person for my Adult disabled Daughter & applied for SSDI/SSI in 2021 but, despite 100's of pages of Medical/School Records & completion of Forms her Claim was Denied in 2021 & Appeal was Denied in early 2022. So, after being told by Multiple Law Firrms that, they couldn't help I then, reached out to Berke Law Firm. The following Day I received a Response from their Legal Assistant Dina Fanora whom advised "Yes they could help" & sent initial forms. Following our return of Forms everything in my Daughter's Case seemed to continue at a whirlwind pace. Legal Assistants Dina & Melissa Burns as well as, Attorney Berke kept in constant contact. My Daughter had a Mid-2022 Hearing & received a Fully Approved SSDI Claim at her Hearing. Words cannot express our gratitude. I highly recommend working with this law office. I had a very good experience with Melissa, she truly knows how to present a case properly. I received exceptional service, and attention to the details of my case. She was very reliable and knowledgeable. and worked tirelessly for over a year and successfully got my claim approved. She always kept in contact with me to update me on the case. No matter how busy she was, she ALWAYS took the time out to speak with me. I recommend anyone that is having difficulty with having there claim approved to go to this law firm, I wish I would have used them sooner. instead of trying to do it on my own. they are truly the BEST OF THE BEST!

WoW that’s all I have to say!! At first I was unsure who I should go with and they were the only one to take my case it’s been 5 1/2 years through a pandemic and lots of hearings and and of people saying denied and Mr Berke fought every step of the way but it was the constant emails and texts and phone calls with Melissa Burns what a great person she went above and beyond to get this over the finish line and even got a great compliment from the judge on what a very well written arguments they will be my first call next time I go through Hell from Ssdi !!!! Be patient because they our on top of it Thank you Melissa And Bill your amazing!!
