I would definitely recommend the firm . Attorney Harley was hired by my ex to mediate and help in our custodial agreement . I have to say that this law firm from their receptionist to the attorney are amazing . Professional and extremely helpful . He definitely did his best to communicate with me and make the transition smoother . He did everything he could to benefit our daughter and so far so good . I’m glad my ex hired Harley to be the middle man .

If you're looking for a lawyer experienced in parental/pathological alienation, look elsewhere. In my extensive research, not many lawyer's in Lee County have proper experience or knowledge to successfully navigate the courts against the poison known as parental alienation, including attorney Harley Brook, who is out of date in his knowledge of PA and how to address it. Also, I agree with other reviews that they eat up your money, which appears to be intentional to some point, with pointless e-mails, indirectly answering questions, re-addressing the same topic over and over, etc.... disgrace to the legal system that these lawyers run unchecked the way they do. *Repsonse to their response: This is exactly part of the problem, instead of accepting that you have limited knowledge (which prevents you from learning) you make excuses and pretend you know what you talking about. I can assure you, you do not. Feel free to reach out to me, I can explain in great detail the mistakes you made and also point you in a direction to better educate yourself in the area of Parental Alienation. This system is designed to take your money, how people can be so naive to be leaving 4 and 5 star reviews for a system built for profiteering is bewildering

Highly recommend, Harley was very well spoken and aggressive in court. Brianne’s tireless effort to help put everything together is amazing. Very responsive and always got back to me right away answering any questions I had. Both Harley and brianne did everything they possibly can and extra to help. You can tell they actually care and take pride in what they do.

Terrible, spent $5k on justemails between the lawyer and I only to run out of retainer before our first court date even started. And told I failed to communicate. Here's your sign not to go with them. 8 months no court date and 5k down the drain. They don't care......
