Matt and his team are top notch professionals! They were sensitive to my needs and took care of me like family. Matthew and his team did an excellent job representing us and our case. He was retained for an appeal and he took the time to thoroughly review the lower court case and quickly formulated a game plan that allowed us to prevail in the shortest time possible. He was very patient with us, answered all our questions, guided us and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. His staff is also very knowledgeable and kind and very easy to work with. I can not express how greatfull we feel; HARLEY BROOK “SAVED” my husband from a possible 15 years in prison, accused by that moment of sexual battery. The charges was dropped against him and now I can said that we are not living under the shadows anymore, Harley made them to return us the happiness and allows us to live, rest and move forward. We hired Harley to defend our son for an incident that occurred while on vacation in FL. We were a little apprehensive hiring an attorney we had never met. Harley quickly put those fears to rest. He is very professional, caring and skilled as an attorney. For all he did his fees were reasonable. What really amazed me was when I ask him some questions well over a year after he represented our son. He answered me the same evening I asked him. I do not write this review in anger or spite . I just want to let know to the next Father in distress who desperately need help from a lawyer and who do not have 3000 $ for deposit on hand ,that it will be better to find some different Law firm .When i called with plea for help I was greeted with very polite and respectful receptionist, who after hearing my plea explain to me that they do not have payment plans and instead offered me number for Legal Aid . I do not feel grudge just sadness . As a man and Father in distress i will not get help from law firm who stand for Man's rights as they advertise . There is lots of men like me who work very hard but cannot afford such a high fee in 1 payment . I will still great all of there lawyers with respect when they come to my place of work . Update : After posting this review i have got call from Mr.Matthew P. Irwin, Esq who inquired in my situation and offer me to meet him at my closes available time so we can discuss my problem and hopefully find solution . I'm extremely happy and looking forward to the meeting . It feels like light on the end of tunnel . The phone call showing the dedication of this Law firm to help .

Harley Brooke is a very knowledgeable man who knew how to handle my situation. I was unaware I was being extorted $1000 and as soon as I spoke with him over the phone, he knew exactly how to help me and gave me great legal advice on how to go about my situation. The greatest thing about him was he answered his phone after midnight, which I had called at least 7 attorney offices and they did not answer.
