Matt and the Men's Rights Law Firm have represented me for about two years now. The entire staff has been top shelf during my sometimes trying times. Matt has turned my situation around from the moment he was hired. I wish that I had been referred to The Men's Rights Law Firm back in 2010, things would be a lot different. Today I have full custody of my youngest son!

I contacted Harley to represent me in a DUI case in Collier County. Harley handled everything perfectly. His recommmendations and great relationships with the state prosecutors ultimately got my charge reduced to reckless driving! He is a very nice guy and truly cares about his clients. When my now ex-wife chose divorce, I had briefly consulted with other lawyers. Before hiring any of them and on the advice of someone I trust, I visited Men’s Rights Law Firm and explained the situation I was in to Sam Assini. Upon completion of the interview, I felt that this firm was the one to go with. This has been a very difficult divorce. I have been dealt with compassionately and with understanding in the office, and they have been strong in the court room. At the time of this writing, this is an ongoing case of over 5 years. Men’s Rights Law Firm is still behind me. Attorney Matthew Irwin appealed decisions to the appellate court and won, a feat in which I’ve been told is not an easy one. I want to thank Laurence Smith, Matthew Irwin, Stephanie Prado, Gracie Miller, and all the others in the office for their excellent and prompt assistance. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.

The best decision I made was to hire The Men's Rights Law Firm. Ginine Hanco was exceptionally knowledgeable of the Lee County court system and very understanding of my situation. I feel that she gave me great advice and without her, I could have ended up paying a lot more alimony. Her paralegal, Milly Blanco was also very helpful and prompt. Milly kept me informed of every step of the process. I feel that the retainer fees are reasonable, and the bills were very detailed to 0.10 hr. The time charged for each item was very reasonable. Here's a tip for you, the better organized your paperwork is, the less time they will spend preparing the documents. Overall Ginine and Milly are a great team! I highly recommend them!

I hired Musca Law Firm to represent me in my felony case were I should have gone to jail. He ended up getting off with a adjudication withheld which means *No Conviction*. I would refer Harley Brook and the Musca Law Firm to anyone who has made a mistake and broke the law. Harley Brook was very thorow and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I went to the Mens Rights Law Firm with the stress of the world on My shoulders, and lack of confidence. I was involved in a "complicated" Disestablishment of Paternity Case against My Ex-wife. My previous representation, I got rid of for lack of knowledge, and milking me for every dime.... NOT HERE! I met Mr. Irwin at My scheduled consultation. While I do not ever judge a book by its cover, this time I did. He was courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Most important he was HONEST and UP FRONT! Through My 5 months of having him represent me, the communication was there. The law firm was always in contact with me. My concerns were never disregarded and always addressed. After 2 long court sessions, and a 7 Hour trial, Mr. Irwin WON My Petition & My Case! It was one of his most complicated ones that he has ever worked on. While he expressed doubt through the process, he did not throw in the towel. In trial, he went to the mat for me. He fought hard, and even had a few curve balls in my defense on cross examination. If I ever had to go through this roller coaster again, there is NO ONE other than MATT IRWIN whom I would want to be on My Side! I strongly recommend him, and if giving him 100 stars was an option, I would. Look NO FURTHER!

Harley was able to reduce my charges to a reckless driving. He is compassionate and very good at negotiating! I would highly recommend Mr. Brooks if you are having some doubts on the current charges you are facing. Harley will work hard and not settle for less than his client deserves. I had an Ex-Girlfriend who had filed for an injunction (restraining order) for "stalking". I had a clean record and wanted it to stay that way. It seemed like a fairly frivolous case, but I didn't want to take any chances, so I hired an attorney from Musca Law. Harley was assigned to my case, and I couldn't have asked for better. He is very personable, comforting, and knowledgeable. I was a bundle of nerves for a week and a half leading up to the case. Harley was able to reassure me, and I just generally felt better knowing that I had left the matter in the hands of a true professional with a great personality. The injunction was dropped without a formal hearing. I would definitely recommend Harley to any person needing a defense attorney. 5+ stars. Can't say enough good things.
