Matt and the Men's Rights Law Firm have represented me for about two years now. The entire staff has been top shelf during my sometimes trying times. Matt has turned my situation around from the moment he was hired. I wish that I had been referred to The Men's Rights Law Firm back in 2010, things would be a lot different. Today I have full custody of my youngest son!

Never had to hire an attorney before for anything so this was new and stressful for me. Long story short I was able to negotiate custody, visitation, child support and more without even going to mediation. Matt was an unbelievable negotiater got the job done as promised. I would recommend him for any type of family law.

My Attorney DeSalvo was more efficient then you would ever expect of any Attorney as it is harder to undo something once the Judge signs the final judgement. When my now ex-wife chose divorce, I had briefly consulted with other lawyers. Before hiring any of them and on the advice of someone I trust, I visited Men’s Rights Law Firm and explained the situation I was in to Sam Assini. Upon completion of the interview, I felt that this firm was the one to go with. This has been a very difficult divorce. I have been dealt with compassionately and with understanding in the office, and they have been strong in the court room. At the time of this writing, this is an ongoing case of over 5 years. Men’s Rights Law Firm is still behind me. Attorney Matthew Irwin appealed decisions to the appellate court and won, a feat in which I’ve been told is not an easy one. I want to thank Laurence Smith, Matthew Irwin, Stephanie Prado, Gracie Miller, and all the others in the office for their excellent and prompt assistance. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.

The best decision I made was to hire The Men's Rights Law Firm. Ginine Hanco was exceptionally knowledgeable of the Lee County court system and very understanding of my situation. I feel that she gave me great advice and without her, I could have ended up paying a lot more alimony. Her paralegal, Milly Blanco was also very helpful and prompt. Milly kept me informed of every step of the process. I feel that the retainer fees are reasonable, and the bills were very detailed to 0.10 hr. The time charged for each item was very reasonable. Here's a tip for you, the better organized your paperwork is, the less time they will spend preparing the documents. Overall Ginine and Milly are a great team! I highly recommend them!

I went to the Mens Rights Law Firm with the stress of the world on My shoulders, and lack of confidence. I was involved in a "complicated" Disestablishment of Paternity Case against My Ex-wife. My previous representation, I got rid of for lack of knowledge, and milking me for every dime.... NOT HERE! I met Mr. Irwin at My scheduled consultation. While I do not ever judge a book by its cover, this time I did. He was courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Most important he was HONEST and UP FRONT! Through My 5 months of having him represent me, the communication was there. The law firm was always in contact with me. My concerns were never disregarded and always addressed. After 2 long court sessions, and a 7 Hour trial, Mr. Irwin WON My Petition & My Case! It was one of his most complicated ones that he has ever worked on. While he expressed doubt through the process, he did not throw in the towel. In trial, he went to the mat for me. He fought hard, and even had a few curve balls in my defense on cross examination. If I ever had to go through this roller coaster again, there is NO ONE other than MATT IRWIN whom I would want to be on My Side! I strongly recommend him, and if giving him 100 stars was an option, I would. Look NO FURTHER!

I hired Matt two days before I needed him to represent me. I also had an attorney in NC due to jurisdiction issues in a custody matter. Out of 4 attorneys present Mr. Irwin was the only one prepared and knew without needing notes all of the case law pertaining to the case. When he went to court he called me the moment the motion was heard. He emailed me within minutes of telephone conversations. Since my custody issues began I have been through 4 lawyers. Not one of them compared to Mr Irwin. My only regret was that I did not hire him first!!! Mr. Irwin is in a class all his own!

My first divorce, and hopefully my only, Matt laid out all the possibilities in my divorce and explained all the options as we went along. As a business owner, my divorce involved some evaluations and greatly affected the outcome of the settlement. There were many uncertainties and unknowns but Matt was there at each turn to settle my nerves and keep me focused on what was important. Both he and his support personal worked at a team through process. His knowledge about the judge, the evaluators, and the opposing counsel proved to be more than valuable. I would recommend him to anyone considering a divorce.

I had my child out of wed-lock, and was served papers by the child's mother. As a father in Florida, I knew it was going to be an uphill battle... But Mr. Irwin handled my case seriously and now I have 50/50 custody and a finalized co-parenting agreement, and the case never even went to trial. The results are exactly what I wanted, and much better than I expected... Thank you!
