Alex Baker and Roxanne Hahne are the best, most hard working, and dedicated professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t listen to anyone who says otherwise! They probably are just sore they didn’t get what they wanted!

I regret to inform that my experience with Alex Baker was profoundly disappointing and warrants only a one-star review. From the beginning, it felt as if my case was not a priority, with a noticeable lack of effort and care in handling what should have been a straightforward matter. Alex's negotiation skills were sorely lacking; rather than seeking a timely and amicable resolution, the approach was indifferent, prolonging a situation that could have been resolved easily. This lack of initiative and poor handling showcased a significant disregard for the impact on my life and the desired outcome. The overall experience was marked by a sense of negligence and an apparent bias, which not only hindered the progress of my case but also eroded my trust in his ability to represent my interests effectively. Based on this experience, I cannot endorse Alex Baker and would caution potential clients about the lack of professional care and competence displayed during my engagement with him.

They do amazing work. I’m a realtor in the area and they handle a very complicated closing. Tara has been very professional throughout the entire process and without a doubt she kept this deal from falling apart. My wife and I were involved in a 3 car accident in March of this year. We were rear ended and pushed into the car in front of us. This was the first car accident we had been a party to that had required us to seek medical care. Once we had depleted our PIP (personal injury) no fault insurance, we sought legal advice from Lusk, Drasites and Tolisano to help limit our personal exposure to medical costs related to the car accident. We spoke with one of the firm’s partners, Mark Drasites. After thoroughly reviewing our case, Mark told us that we should expect all of our medical costs to be covered by the insurance carrier representing the person that struck our vehicle as well as our own insurance carrier. This was a new experience for my wife and I, one that Mark and his legal assistant Rebecca Davis made simple as could possibly be. They guided us through the entire process and basically put us on autopilot. We received regular updates on how our case was proceeding and were never kept in the dark. Mark Drasites and Rebecca always replied to our emails within hours of our sending them. They were available for phone calls for any questions we may have had. Mark is caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable of personal injury law and easy to talk to. Rebecca Davis was always there to take our calls and got all of our questions answered quickly. Mark and Rebecca are the best team to have on your side of a Personal Injury case.
