I had a difficult case due to having minimal damage to my car. However, I was injured, dealing with neck pain that got worse over time. A year after the accident, I contacted this law firm, and was pleasantly suprised to hear I still had a case. I felt taken care of, the attorney's paid great attention to detail, and got me a settlement to cover medical expenses. I had my daughter in my 9 year old car when the accident happened, which fractured her ankle. I initiall went to a different attorney that I was referred to. They didn't do much, due to the car not having extensive damage, and wouldn't even include me in the lawsuit. I wish I had heard of Lusk, Drasites, and Tolisano before contacting the other attorney, I would have gotten a better settlement to deal with my daughters orthopedic medical bills.
